Despite all the crap I've read regarding cashouts and the abysmal player count, I'm under the impression the games are soft and low stakes tournaments have overlay. I'd hunt the overlays if it weren't for the numerous no-pay related complaints.

Can you change the heads up lobby somewhat so there are a maximium number of heads up tables at a stake that can only increase when a table is filled so people actually have to fight for the lobby.
My experience was opening 4 tables waiting an hour for 0 opponents even regs to play then joining 4 others at 25-100nl who all sat out after 25 hands or so. Most of the time there are 50 tables of heads up with an average of 1 in play.

I’m trying to figure out what’s going on here. My account has been locked with no reason as to why. Customer support who I’ve spoken with in live chat and on the phone twice has told me nothing of substance and I just need to keep waiting. It’s been 3 days so far.

I provided all of my documentation and was verified awhile before this. I made a couple deposits and bet on sports and played some poker over the past few weeks. I sat with a min buy at a 3 handed 2-5 plo table, ran it up to $1600ish, the game broke, I went back to log-in the next morning, and now I’ve been locked out of my account due to “security reasons” with no explanation or timeframe of when this will be resolved.

I went back and deleted it because I got this email. And didn’t see any reason to keep on with it. I asked if I broke a rule, or what, or anything with poker, and all they told me was management decided I couldn’t play. I deleted it from reddit because I was getting unhelpful responses anyway. Why are you typing up something, calling me a liar?

So what exactly were you typing on Reddit that I was lying about, or whatever you assumed you were about to call me out on? (Which you’ve now been shown that whatever you were assuming, was wrong)

It’s been my experience in the past that when someone deletes one post while telling a different story on a different platform the person is usually not telling the truth. I hope you’re not lying I hope you are telling the truth and that you do get your money back but saying that you had a hard time getting things rolling is a lot different then I lost my money on sports betting and then binked 1800 bucks with min buyin .Don’t you think so ?

I sat with a “min” buy-in, is because everygame literally won’t allow you to play with more than $200 a day. That is their daily cap that they allow you to sit with. Also, I have no idea where you came up with the notion that I I lost my money sportsbetting. I joined that site to play poker because they have 36% RB and offered a 200% match bonus with first depo also.

I had already done a deposit and withdrawal, prior to this. Granted they are the slowest poker group I’ve ever seen in regards to verifying, or even responding to simple emails. Everything is a snails pace.

So what exactly, would be the problem with me winning at poker, in your eyes anyway? Even if I bought in and ran it up, what the world is the problem with that? In your eyes, or theirs? Enough to deny access to my whole acct, then ban me from poker.
