I was pointing out that sites usually improve their services, not like saying it is growing, but they do when they do improve their services. On my case its been told that pictures of my camera are too low quality, well what if i dont have good enough camera? I got buy 200e camera to cash out on poker site?

Withdraw is going to be going on 4th week, and i really could have used the money, also i have not been playing, so my bonus is running out...

All poker sites i would assume are trying to grow, thus the term "growing poker site".

This is the most bullshit I've ever been through with any poker site ever. This is insane. This is now 15+ days of dealing with this bs and will push it over at least 20 by time they freaking respond again.

If for any reason at all they deny this next round of 100+ selfies I'm going send now, I'm going to set a budget of 10k to advertise and ruin their name. This is not some empty threat. The money is less of an issue for me than the fact that they can just do this with zero repercussions

Their use of an insecure email server tells me there are other vulnerabilities in their network and now they have my full focused attention. I'm going to do a deep dive into their network and see what I can uncover

I got the same mail just like 1h ago, after waiting a week for any reply.

Conclusion - their security team consists of 1 guy working 5 hours a month?

That IP hosts admin apps like webmail and getting it shut down will cause them a lot of problems. I'm sure the FTC and the local federal prosecutor would be interested to find out that an illegal gambling site is hosted in their area.

Think that point is not to ruin anybodys name,
just to have normal conditions on withdraws.

Id be happy to think its a legit site, id be happy if it will be proven that it is.

But with feedback im reading, and them needing a expensive cameras pictures, i cant be happy to be waiting on starting 4th week on my withdraw.

Dont think its normal conditioning, if you cant get the pictures with any camera. Just my toughts.
On site i mainly play, it took 2 days to verify.

I would really prefer this verification to happen from internet site,

In the past, as others have mentioned, they've always had a pretty solid reputation. Perhaps things have changed, but hopefully this is just a temporary lapse.

I have been talking on chat, since i want the chat support to be relyable enough.
Its a requirment pretty much for me, that nowdays i can play with a chat support,
for quick help.

I have confirmed they received all of my documents, was told to wait for a while.
And get back to them on next monday, or tuesday.

Things that make me wonder are, does the rep visit here often, would think that
it would be in their best interrest to keep eye on here?

Are stories about closed account on cardchat true?

What was 10% fee Alkamia was talking about.

Im still waiting, we are gonna go soon to 5th week since i wanted to make my withdraw i think.

They responded last time on sunday, and i did not get mail, eventho they told me it was sent. So mightaswell be going on chat this weekend.

My withdrawal request got denied - not sure why I was never able to make a request because my "account is not verified", now it worked and then they deny my withdrawal. Guess it's sending documents again. Highly regret I topped up my roll there a few weeks ago, not knowing this would be such a hassle.
I also don't understand why they always refer to their "laws of where they are regulated" (or something like that), Curaçao licensing never gave a **** about anything, whether it's poker related, casino related, I have never read about them actively monitoring/ruling the numerous sites that choose to license there.

just send them requested photos of the documents, wait 2-3 days and your account will be verified or re-verified and withdrawals processed normally. Never had any issue with them.

Made withdraw request yesterday, has not been confirmed yet.
Hope this works out for all of us, from now on withdraw policy will be in first priority when i choose new site.
