I don't think he is around anymore. Keeps saying he's not a user/ when I try sending the PM.

Mine does this too. From what I can tell, the money rolls over, it just doesn't list it in the new period. Compare you tracking software with your rakeback payments. You should still get $10 for every $30 in rake.

It's kind of annoying how confusing it is.

And yes, you need the latest beta version of PT3 to use the HUD at the tables for example.

I'm posting this because I've never seen this happen before. Please don't critique my play because that's not the point of this post.

As you can see I am heads up with nova1pau on the river. After I check called the turn I started clicking the "fold to any bet" check box on and off super fast. As soon as the river card was dealt my hand was automatically mucked and a message box popped up that I've never seen before that said "ACTION OUT OF TURN" and then it went away instantly. My hand was folded even though I was first to act which obviously is not possible. I remember on Ultimate Bet you could fold when you were first to act but on Intertops you are not able to.

Has this happened to anybody?

I emailed support about it saying I should be entitled to a refund of my buy-in because if he checks the river I might have the best hand and win the pot. It's $15 bucks and not a big deal but on principle since their software freaked out I think I am entitled to something. I contacted support about 12 hours ago and they said a manager would get in touch with me via email. Haven't heard anything yet...

You want a full refund of the SNG buy-in because you essentially folded a minbet pot on the River after calling 2 streets at Blinds 25-50 with 1.5k stack? Are you serious?

It is nerve racking to send a $1k Money Gram to a stranger in Central America, and then be told it didn't work, send another one to this other guy in the far Pacific. (The first rep wasn't authorized by I-Tops to pick up that large a Money Gram -- that was the problem with the first info I was given.)

I am pleased to say the second deposit succeeded and the 2+2 reps saw to it that I was fairly compensated for the snafu. Thanks guys. I wouldn't have gone through with the second deposit without your taking this up. I hope non-2+2ers can find such smooth assistance.
Thank you very much for this post!

By default the hand history is saved in

C:\Users\[yourname]\AppData\Local\CPN\INTERTOPS\Hand History

but you can always see the folder when you log into the poker software client. For Intertops that would be: Options -> Hand History

Make sure you tick the box "save my hand history" and you can even open the folder from there and copy n paste the URL into PT3.

I just want to report that I had my account blocked the other day while chatting with live help. They said it would take 24 hours to resolve. I got a lil nervous and called the cs phone #. They transferred my call to the right individual and was able to resolve the problem immediaitely.

Apparently there may have been an issue with someone trying to log in to my account from an unusual ip address. I'm guessing that the "attempted breach" was myself logging into the website, not the client, via my phone. I dont recall logging into the site, only viewing the pages, though I was pretty tired and could be remembering incorrectly.

Point of this post: Live help said it would take 24 hours to get back online. I got nervous and called and customer service resolved the problem immediately. Intertops support +1.

The website says that gold chips are redeemable for cash bonuses. I think I recall the site saying that the bonuses are immediate and do not have to be earned.

per the site,

20 gold chips = $5
100 gold chips =$25
400 gold chips = $100

^^This

The time bank should be increased on cash tables and reduced in tournaments.

I know that this is counterintuitive to the theory of increasing profit because a shorter time bank on cash tables should = more hands/hr = more rake. But it would increase the purity of the game being offered and the better the player experience.

Also, people are abusing the time bank too frequently in mtt's by stalling when the bubble just begins to approach and up to it. But I suppose that must be a unanimously determined element of your tournaments across the network as mtt's register throughout the entire network...correct?

just my 2 cents...thx

Hi, I have a question about cashouts. I see that you are allowed one free cashout via bank wire but you must pay a $50 fee per each check? Is there not one free check allowed per month or whatever timeframe? Thanks for any clarification.

I quickly scanned through the thread and searched for rake back info but a ton of hits came back. How do you sign up for RB on intertops, and does it have to be done before or after you create a user name?

Can you tell me if Intertops accepts US players.

May seem a silly question, as Cake Network is 'US friendly', but the first few sites I contacted on Cake do not allow US players themselves.

Also, if anyone knows where I can find a list of Cake sites that does allow US players that would be very much appreciated.

You have to go through a rakeback affiliate (obv. before a account is created) and when that is not the case and u already created your account, you have to apply for it via PM to the Intertops Rep. - not sure if anyone has a private race for Intertops right now though.

Yes they accept players from the US, but I think they block Kentucky.

Just signed up with Intertops through the link here. I don't think I can PM here so I have to request rake back this way. Thanks.
