so ignition recently switched over to some new type of currency and wanted everyone to withdraw their funds or whatever. i have been trying since Nov 29th and they are incapable or unwilling to assist me in any meaningful fashion, below are my last 2 correspondence with them. and the 10+ correspondences before that have gone in identical fashion as i have been unable to withdraw, unable to switch over to whatever new system they're doing( they said once i withdraw to make a new account?) and ultimately unable to play on ignition. even though i BEGGED not to be referred back to live chat.
an excellent experience indeed.
Is anyone gonna settle this matter in a reasonable fashion?

I don’t understand this at all. Why can’t you just withdraw crypto like everyone else? Why would you send them an address by email. Is it because you have no idea what you’re doing? You put in your first post that ignition switched to a new currency? If you are talking about crypto currency this has been going on for years

Some people only read the "unofficial" threads of the sites they play on, therefore posts like this would get more views had you put in either the regular or cashout Bonition thread.

Are you talking about mBTC? I've seen at least 2 or 3 posters mentioning that they were told mBTC (or something like that) was no longer available as their only withdrawal method. Again, if you posted and read the regular thread going back awhile or used the 2+2 search feature, you would know you are not alone and how the others dealt with it.

I've withdrawn over 5 figures from the site over the last year, my account was disabled while they switched and they said to contact live to enable it and withdraw, live said my account was permanently disabled and to contact them by email and so the loop began
