I was multitabling SNGs and decided to use the "Select Similar" feature that appears when a tournament finishes. After a while, I notice with horror that my balance was low--the feature dropped me into several tables at ten times my selected stakes. My bankroll was all but destroyed.

I contacted support to notify them of the bug and they responded with a message that was, in essence, a "your opinion is very valuable to us" brush-off. Then they had the gall to suggest that I follow them on social media for freeroll tickets to rebuild my bankroll.

In case you're wondering whether I misclicked into the wrong games, I was using the built-in stake-select feature to filter tables to my preferred stakes. The larger games were not available in the list.

Unless that bug is fixed, I will never redeposit.

Yeah that got me too. I was playing $10 DoNs and it registered me for a $50. I only knew that it did that when I won it.

How cute you think it is a bug. If it were a bug; the program doing something it is not supposed to do, they would fix it. Since they don't it is the program doing what it is supposed to do.
