Hand history from pokerstars

I need to get a history of hands for the first half of April 2022 because my computer broke down and I don't know how to do it, my second computer is a mac and I have a poker tracker on it and I need to get it in it, is it possible? Pokerstars live support isn't working right now ... could anyone advise me how to do this?

Email them and they will send you the hand histories. I got a complete history of all my hands from them.
