Does it matter when or how often you release your SC from the Vault? Does it disappear after a certain amount of time or can I just let it build up as far as I want before adding it to my balance?

It would be wise to empty your vault as much as possible because all SC you get from the vault requires a 1x playthrough in order to cash it out. If you let it build to a large amount it will take longer to meet the playthrough requirement.

Thinking about trying out this site. I kind of get the overall idea of buying gold coins for sweeps cash. I've read that third-party software (HUDs) are also not allowed, and there's an automatic (?) 30% rakeback.

I’ve made a withdraw 4 days ago and is still under review. The support with zendesk acts like they do not have the power to do anything and are awaiting another end of a dev team to do something. Not sure if this department has been on vacation or what but it’s starting to get very unsettling nothing is being done only update I receive is we appreciate your patience.

I know it can be frustrating when money is involved. I've had payouts take two weeks here though it is very rare and usually only takes 2 to 3 days. If your payout is still pending under the withdraw tab you might still have the option to cancel and redo. I'm not saying this will fix your issue but it has worked for me in the past. I think the option to click your balance to see your play through had some major issues and may have caused a backlog in payouts

Not that I would ever use any assistance of any kind (real time) but I sometimes leave my programs open by accident. Is it a problem if something like flopzillapro and gto+ are open while playing on Global?

I will try the cancel and redo. My account showed the playthrough balance for a brief time (while showing incorrect amounts for the playthrough). Now it has been removed. It appears most accounts still have this feature and were not affected . Maybe it has something to do with trying to make a redemption request around the maintenance time when they put that feature into place.

The communication really sucks between the dev team and the zendesk support. The zendesk reps seem just as clueless as me and we are all waiting for some resolution from the dev team. Any type of real information about what happened and what is being fixed besides we appreciate your patience would help significantly.

Pretty sure a browser based site that doesn't install software will not have permissions to view what's open on your computer. Would be reasonably confident in saying RTA is rampant on global.

I will absolutely do that. I legitimately just don't want any problem. I'm definitely not the guy that would jeopardize his account and SC by attempting to use RTA which there's no way I would even realistically know how to use effectively lol.

It's 2023 and people are still flimsily pondering whether people are RTAing for hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars per year.

No dude it's a conspiracy, nobody is RTAing, totally safe games, especially on US-facing sites.
