Please include the email from Global that says you were randomly banned lol..... they must have given you a reason. You also must have an idea of why this happened? How do you know you are banned?

Just send them and forget em. Why does it matter, be thankful they even give that option out to its players.

I mean, I simply asked, so as to have a realistic idea of *approx* when I may expect to start seeing them hit my account, that's all. Who are u to presume im NOT grateful!?? I am quite grateful, and nowhere in my post did I indicate aggravation/impatience/nor un-gratefulness, it was a simple question just asked to inform myself, NOT to complain in any way. Incorrect assumption. Geez, don't gotta be such a "Karen"...

Sometimes you get credited after 6 weeks and sometimes 8-10 weeks. Best is to send a few daily.

The are giving ring players 30% rakeback and still charging SNG players 7% rake on hypers. As an SNG player, I don't feel bad at all about sending them to get a little rakeback.

I just love how quick some of the folks on this thread are to automatically just make (incorrect) assumptions, implying that ALL players that send in any mail requests are greedy, ungrateful, scum of the earth losers who are selfishly abusing/taking advantage of the whole system by cranking out hundreds or more written requests & mailing hundreds or even thousands of em every month, as if they've made it their career or get rich plan or whatever, smh, but not everyone is going to those extremes with it, or even abusing the method at all....I assume you were automatically grouping me in with THOSE "losers" in ur statement saying that "if GP goes down its bc of THESE PEOPLE"...Well I'm so sorry others previously in this thread have obviously done ruffled your feathers so Sir, but the assumption you made, leading u to classify me into the same group as all "THOSE ppl who r gonna be the reason if GP goes down", couldn't be more inaccurate or farther from the truth! I write out a few here & there, during spare time, or just if I'm bored occasionally & mail out 2 or 3 at a time, as I finish them, but at the MOST I've ever sent out, in 1 months time, we're talking like mayyyybe about 25 envelopes, over a month. Until I found this thread & started reading all the comments discussing the topic, I had no freakin idea, and never woulda even suspected that SOME ppl are sending the requests in at the insanely high rate that they are, some of the numbers I've read are unbelievable, like who the heck even has that kinda time on their hands for starters & even if they DID, how many ppl would actually be so dedicated to the cause that they're spending multiple HOURS out of their day, EVERY day, cramping up their hand, just to write these out at like 50+ a DAY!??? ....unbelievable. so anyways, I DO now understand that there are SOME ppl like that apparently, taking a good thing & running waaaay too far with it, but don't just assume that we ALL are going way past the extreme with it, bc I am NOT. I personally send in a very modest (low) number of requests, I don't gripe & complain with each passing week at "how long it takes for them to credit my account w *free money*...", and I am absolutely VERY grateful to GP for the opportunity to be able to play just a Lil bit more often, than the amount I can afford to spend to play, allows me. So maybe if yall could just stop ASSUMING & implying that any1 & every1 who so much as mentions sending mail requests are all just pieces of s*it, blatantly abusing the whole system, then yeah that'd be great.....

Can anyone confirm how much global requires to wager off any given deposit amount in order to make a withdraw?

All monies deposited into GP must be played through at least once before you can request a cash out. Just click on your SC balance and it will tell you how much needs to be played through before a cash out (I believe this feature was added a few days ago).

Something got screwed up with their new update with the playthrough. My account is showing I need to playthrough 12000 in sc when I only deposited 8000. I had also played through that amount in the last week. I go to withdraw and my balance says -2800 when I have well over 9000 sc in my account. So many things are screwed up. The responses I am getting from support are not any better. They seem clueless. Is there anyone in this forum that can contact support. I know David Lyons was apart of the team but he does not seem active anymore.

I wonder if Global changed how they calculate playthrough. It looks like something has changed with the Vault as well, and when you redeem Vault amounts, the amount shows as "unplayed coins." I thought once it was in the Vault it had already been played through.

E.g., previously if you played through 100 SC of rake, 30SC would appear in the Vault and you could collect it. But now it looks like you have to then play through another 30 SC of rake (for a total of 130SC) to withdraw the 30 SC. Is that right?

I don't think the playthrough requirement has changed. If you click the underline on the sc at the top of the web page it shows the remaining playthrough balance.

edit: moku said this a few posts above, whoops

I don’t think anything has changed. SCs are added to the Vault as you pay rake, and those SCs are treated as bonus coins that need to be played through (similar to the daily bonus, envelope credits etc). So let’s say you generate 100 SC in rake and end up with 30 SC in the Vault. You now need to play through the 30 after claiming them in order to withdraw them. From what I read in your post it sounds like your understanding of the Vault system may have been flawed. Hope this helps to clarify.

Hi all i’m new to global and have a couple of questions -

1) is there any way to see my hand histories?
2) is there any way to see cards at showdown that you would typically be entitled to see? Default seems to be it only shows the winning hand but not the called hand if it loses, or see both hands if one is all in.

Is anyone else having trouble redeeming/withdrawing from Global. My available balance has shown 0 available to withdraw for over a week. They finally responded and aknowledged there is an issue.

"We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We know a bug on our site that incorrectly shows your redeemable balance. Rest assured that our team is working on a fix for this. "
