I contacted customer supporter and was told it was processed on the 17th and that "Kindly allow within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the funds to be added to your nominated account." Must be a Chase thing.
I guess I'll come back and update in a week whether or not it has arrived or not. If there is an issue I will be pretty annoyed that my concerns weren't even acknowledged in this response. Because if there is a problem and its for any of the reasons I asked about and could've been fixed sooner... but we'll see.
