It's their fault GG poker said they're allowed to play then turns around and takes their money? Of course i dont feel bad for them GGs nothing but a bunch of crooks and frankly anyone that plays there deserves what they get

Region discrepancy? As in your KYC documents for example showed you're a john smith from Germany but you're IP logs show you're playing from Vietnam for an extended period of time or whatever? Seems like even in this case they should just contact you and ask what's up/proof you're the same person as long as vpn is not used. I think using vpn is almost always the worst solution to any problem with online poker. I had a similar issue with another site where I signed up and KYC'd from home country but told them id be going travelling to x country for a few months and they still temp blocked me after saying it was no problem (when i went to withdraw obv) but after some back and forth with support things were eventually resolved. Seems like there is some parts missing from the story.

If I was the custumer support guys I will flag your account from A MILE to see if something look suspicious if you ask me such question.

I am from baltic country I never needed to use VPN i was registered and my ID was verified

my KYC is exactly same address as my IP where i was playing from,

only dissprence was they didnt have my countrys flag in the software at that time when i was registering this is why i made sure to email them and ask - i was assured this is not problem

they dont let you enter to your client? pop up some "error contact support?"
did they send you an email with an explanation etc?

also are they replying to your email since then?

gg they dont have live chat... super annoying an email conversation with this kind of situation: send wait for an a reply...

More information would be welcomed but I guess you are based in Estonia, which is a licensed market, were given the ok to play and now GG has changed their view about it?

you are right at first they allowed us to play without worry and lately they changed their mind idk why and started banning

but you can still access the same network from another skin which is olybet which is licensed
