I have taken a look at the number of fish points I obtained in tournaments yesterday and can confirm that they are awarded based on GG's profit on the event.

So, for a $100 tournament with a $10k guarantee:

If there are 109 or more entries you get 800 fish points
If there are 100 or fewer entries you get no fish points
If there are 101 entries you get 99 fish points

I sent out an Id and an utilitybill for verification. They got back to me saying i needed another utility bill so i sent them another one and its been a week and no reply. I sent them 2 emails as well with no reply. I’d like to deposit more than just 500/month but seems like they dont want my business.

I am also from Canada and registered/got verified last week. I said I was going to play a few HS WSOP events and they snap-approved me for 10k/day, 20k/week, 50k/month. I only provided license to drive and utility bill and done within 48h.

5 days after the events on Sunday in the final WSOP opener flight and i have not heard a peep from GG despite numerous emails and twitter dm's.

At least reply to me letting me know no refund will be actioned, don't just flat out ignore me - absolutely shocking.

How is this not a bigger deal across socials and forums ? Hundreds of us got cheated out of a tournament !!

They tweeted out that "in the coming days we will make our players right" - When is this happening then ?

Something really stinks about GG imo

Like any site, once you get on and try playing, the issue comes when you want to withdraw. Verifying is the real problem.

I'm at my girlfriends for the weekend, she is playing the opener day 2, I'm in the $1111 covid. Are we allowed to play on the same IP?

I heard a couple weeks ago multiple players couldn't play under the same IP - but wasn't sure if that was just for WSOP.com

Any help appreciated.

I've been a member of pocketfives since January '06 so this is very annoying for me as i like to keep track of my ranking.

Just because i open a gg account and add the screen name to my pocketfives profile, they close an account i've had for 14 years??

I really don't know what i've done wrong to deserve this but i would happily remove my gg username from p5's and even close my gg account if i could get my pocketfives account restored.

You should be fine. I specifically asked this question and was told it was okay. They also made it clear they can tell if it is being used with GG.
