[GGPoker]: Natural8, etc - Page 82 - Online Poker Sites -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Can not log in to my account at all now, tried several times and restarted my pc and still get the same message "ErrorInternal (2006291846)". It is a bit worrying because i have $ on there. Anyone any suggestions what to do?

I can't login either, neither can two of my friends.

I was in a number of MTTs and had to restart the software when it wasn't working. I hope I get refunds.

I was playing rush and cash prior to the maintenance and just exited the app a few min prior to when it stopped because it was so slow. Now my account is the buyins from 4 tables since the stacks have not been credited back to my account (don't show up in transaction history either). Kinda weird, anyone have this happen before? I.e. stacks not showing up after exiting tables prior to maintenance times.

I sent them a msg in the chat yesterday, they said cash game refunds would be "processed" within the next 2hours (which was like 20hours ago). Didn't get anything back yet.

The refunds are taking longer than expected. Right now, we’re waiting on our technical team to tally everyone’s compensatory amounts, at which point we’ll be sent a list of refunded players, which can be used to clarify whether you have received the correct amounts. Any issues or compensation claims outstanding after the fact will be raised individually to the technical team for review.

Refunds are due to be completed in the next 12-48 hours, rest assured it could be well before then, this is just a realistic guide, as you can imagine, the player base is huge which means it can take a lot of time to process the relevant refunds.

According to the support if the servers go down in one region we cant use vpn to log in other region

I just got back to playing poker and only 7XL of the GGnetwork is available to me. I still have my HM2 license with Omaha included, but from what I understand 7XL do not allow it, nor do HM2 supports the conversion of hands from that site? so I need to update to HM3 just to have my hands show on HM? that sucks if true.

Any software that actually works with the site? any recommendations as far as cash games/ tournies? I read that the rake is very, very high. Thank you.

So from my understanding nat 8 does not affiliate with GG poker? its strange i asked being from uk can i join this platform was told they are restricted and have no affiliation with gg poker.

i read on the GG website they strictly prohibit use of huds, any grinders multisite with a hud have you had to close your pt4/hm2 as i thought like party it would just not record the HH?

i know uk players cant receive player transfers, has anyone had ok experience uploading on GG uk and withdrawing?

Yes, I'm in the UK and just started to give GG a try. Easy and quick verification process, no problem depositing with Visa Debit. Though I did notice charges from my bank for conversion.
