I ended up paying about 131$ CAN for a cashout of $2000US, between GG and Muchbetter exchange rate from US to Eur to CAN.

Muchbetter is suppose to change my currency from EUR to Can, so it should be better next time. But that was disappointing...

I emailed GGPoker cashier/support regarding being short ~$240 and here are the emails.

Initial Email:
Hi,

I only received 0.52616763 BTC for my $4390.00 withdrawal below. This is an unacceptable loss of approximately $240.
At time of withdrawal, GGPoker says that I would receive .55 BTC. At the current price of BTC of less than $8000, I should receive .56 BTC. So at least I should be receiving .55BTC. There is a mistake in your calculation.

Please review and refund the difference of $240 to my GGPoker account.

You did not explain why I was short approximately $240.

What was the BTC to USD at the time of transaction that cause it to be $240 less? How is this possible?

It should be timestamped. It's a pain in the ass, but you can research the range at that moment. It doesn't seem relevant though. Someone requests a withdrawal of $1,000, I move the money from player account to agent account and then process $1,000 worth of bitcoin to their wallet. It literally takes less than 60 seconds.

It sounds like they are taking a piece for themselves and I don't know if you have any way of fighting that. I'd bet the T&C has some sort of verbiage protecting them on this matter.

2. If a player sells 80% action at 1.25 markup and gets sold out... does this mean this player is basically playing risk free and getting 20% of the total profits? Or does it mean if they bust, they actually profit 5%? If a player sells 75% action at 1.25 markup, this player is essentially playing risk free and playing for $25% of profit?

security is centralized, they would know as they have nearly as good as a team and tools as stars to combat all manners of security issue

dude , its like a basic check to see if any of your details match existing users, every skin is on gg network they have the info for all users. ... as well as your computer IP address and such. unless you provide complete fake info , use some vpn to change your IP address ... even then they will catch you as vpns are a red flag already ... would probably just take some more time.
