Agents are still banned from giving rakeback to players. Not to say it doesn't happen, but GG specifically states agents will be punished for doing so if found out.

You might be able to join through a GG skin like Natural8 on the GG network with same tables, but I think you won't be able to join up through GGPoker specifically if based in the US is my understanding.

1. It will not let me deposit more than $200. (is this just a uk thing or same for everyone?) I complied with their affordability checks and sent bank statements, business statement and proof of bitcoin holdings but they just don't respond. People are playing $10k buyin tournaments on this site and it won't even let me deposit $1k. How are they getting these big bankrolls on there?
The only reason i want to play on this site is because it has much better tournament traffic than stars now. I've had a stars account for 18 years and deposited and withdrawn 4 figure sums many times and it always goes through very quickly with no problems.
Are they the same when making withdrawals? Can you not withdraw a lump sum, only in small amounts? Anyone from the uk know this please?

2. It takes forever to load up the software, every time I use it there's a long update installing whereas pokerstars nearly always loads up immediately.

3. Sometimes the software just snap shuts down mid game and you have to restart it. Never known this happen on stars.


I would much rather play on stars for all of these reasons but their mtt traffic seems to be relatively dead compared to GG now. I wish everyone would switch back tbh.

Yeh same issues here. I'm personally not too fussed as don't play as much these days but the client just closing randomly is certainly a frustrating one. Happens on the phone app from time to time as well.

So, I keep downloading hands from PokerCraft, but each time I try to import the files into pokertracker something seems to go very wrong:


1. It seems way less hands are being downloaded/imported than what pokercraft lists at their ev graph. For example, in my last try PokerCraft lists 6501 hands, but after downloading those same selected sessions and importing the directory into PokerTracker, PT lists only 4281 hands.

1.2 On the import status, PT lists the following

Hands: 4281
Errors: 1739
Duplicates: 554

Which adds for a total of 6574 hands (73 hands more than the ones listed in PokerCraft, but I'm not sure if the "duplicates" and "errors" are already being counted under the "Hands" label).

2. Most of my winning hands are either not being downloaded or not being imported correctly into PT. My graph at pokertracker is pretty much a negative slope coinciding with my red line, and my blue line shows a horizontal tendency with very minor steps (either upward or downwards).


So, does anyone here knows what could be going wrong and how do I fix this? I'm not sure if the problem is happening at downloading or at importing, probably at both.

Several players have been banned because of that in the past. I would suggest to not play reg games after getting a warning. Looking the lobby for too long when taking a seat is enough to get canned.
