Played on GG Poker this morning.

During my session 3 of my 6 tables froze (the spinner started going around).

I wasn't able to get back on the tables (or indeed stand up) despite opening and closing the client etc.

Reviewing the transactions and hand histories, it now appears that I was stood up upon first client closing (despite it telling me tables were still active). So not too much damage done.

Except that 2 hours later GGPoker have not returned the funds to my account that were on the 3 tables. I have emailed support (no response yet) and expect it to be rectified (evidence is clear) but wanted to give everyone a heads up to look out for this in the future

Made several withdraws to Skrill in the last week. All around ~$3k

Got the money in an hour on Skrill. No problems.

No response from support yet, but money just returned to my account (after 4 hours).

Anyone else having totally unstable connection? I time out every few hands, come back and now I lost connection completely.(Stars, Winamax and Internet working fine)

Playing in 840 and 84 WSOP side thing and all good here.

same here located in Germany.
Restarted comupter allows me to log in but after a few mins Server disconnects. Everything else (internetwise) is working fine

Well, this is concerning. I withdrew 3k a couple of days ago, and it's just been re-credited to my account, withdrawal declined, no email, no explanation.

for fish buffer for tournaments, I assume you will receive the points after the event if over? because I'm waiting for my points on the main event. I'm assuming I have to wait for it to be over first to receive the points.

Normally you have to wait for tournaments to be over. I don't know how it works for flighted events.

Hey, playing on GG since last week, mostly Rush&Cash. Does anybody know if when you prefold in your BB, do you still get the SB and BB if it gets folded to you?
Unlike in Zoom on PS where you can't fold the BB until it gets to you in Rush&Cash you immediately go to the next hand.

Would be pretty silly if you wouldn't get it, but I'm not sure atm.

Why would you ever preflop bb when there can be a limp?

Because I believe that it is higher EV to prefold bottom of my hands to get more hands/hour. Rush&Cash Table Cap is 4. Do you know the answer to my question btw?

Hello everyone, i am new to this forum and wanted to share my experience with Natural8.
I have seen a lot of different issues for other users with some i can relate, other are surprising me.
I play from China (expat) and only tournaments.
N8 Support is the best!!! I never email them, i have their WeChat and always someone answer me and solve the problem immediately, he contacts other related departments and feedback to me.
Connection sucks, I mean really sucks. sometimes is better but not smooth. After i got verified i asked support if i have connection issues if i can use VPN. he discuss with tech guys and said OK. Also i send him video when open the client without VPN to see it doesnt connects and then using VPN works just fine.
In the next days planning to make a withdraw, i will post the experience.

On GG there are regular cash tables NLH and PLO. Maybe restricted somehow?

Occasionally I find a table has the "sit out next hand" and sit out next blinds" disabled. The corresponding options for "all game tables" are still available.

Is this an attempt to prevent table selection? Or a bug?

On most of the 1/2 > HS PLO tables there are two German users spectating the tables pretty much 24/7 for as long as I've played on GG (several months now). They're "dashult" and "pwrith". Are they datamining? I've e-mailed GG twice, asking for a possible explanation, no response.

Is there any policy against ratholing at Rush & Cash tables? If there is, where do you report people doing it?
