Has anyone had issues with Bitcoin deposits? I sent two deposits via coinbase that worked fine. The third one I received emails from coinbase saying the transaction is completed but on my GG account they haven’t showed up. Been a couple days now and a bit urgent as I’m trying to play in the Main tomorrow. I’m in contact with the help center but they’re extremely slow at responding.

Hey,

I deposited via btc , interac etransfer. all never had a problem with it before does it really fast.
However just yesterday late evening I deposited and it took it from my bank account, but hasnt showed up on my GG poker.

however I just tried to deposited again today via bank transfer but worked out really fast.

so its odd my other one didnt go thru, it could have been I wrote the code wrong. But I tripled checked. contacted support , hopefully they get in touch w me soon.

If you dealt with them directly, no agent, you will have to wait for them to respond.

The best you can probably do is send an email to support, subject line:Missing deposit for WSOP event.

Detail out specifically all the info, wallet address sent from/to, amount, screen shots, and blockchain tracking info/screenshot.

Good luck, they usually resolve these in 24 hrs. Usually....

dewd, I signed up for GG about 6 weeks ago and have put in decent volume, but I didn't go through an agent. The times I have tried to deal with support, they have been pretty slow. Is it too late for me to switch to an agent now just to get better support (not r/b or anything like that)?

ETA: I'm 90% through silver shark if that gives an indication of volume.

ok mine went fine. after about 22 hour since I deposit I got credited with that deposit. I'm not sure I entered some info wrong or what. but it took awhile. No response from the email I sent, maybe they automatically did it?

I was planning on playing in the Main tomorrow. They must have known this because I sent another deposit to get me at 5k. That went through fine as I waited for my other large deposit to go through via support email questions. Within an hour of getting my deposit through, they emailed me and said sorry for the delay of the missing funds.

What I believe they’re doing is holding customers money in hopes they will deposit again to play in the main. That way that customer has more funds than needed for the main and will stick around on their site rather than only playing the main or something. Extremely sketchy if you ask me.

Did 3 interac trransfers this week (which they say can be upto 15 minutes)

First one took 20 minutes
Second took 3 hours
This last one has taken 36 hours and still no response from GG

All were entered exactly as supposed to

I think there’s a problem, Houston

The above 3 posts are really concerning. I, too, have had really bad experiences with support time to respond (albeit on minor issues).

As a net losing player, I am very concerned by what I have seen in this thread and others in that if I bink a tourney or a jackpot, I will not get my money.

i always have software freezes on pokercode if i play more than 5 tables. anyone has same issues? could this be different on other skins? its tilting me very hard because it happens every session 2 or 3 times

The GGNETWORK claim to be the "world's leading online poker network" according to their site homepage, but how they measure that is anyone's guess. The homepage is impressive at first glance, but upon inspection it's all rather shallow - what do all those words & graphics add up to? Not much.
