I believe that in the rules it says that for both hold-em at PLO quads only qualify if it's made with a pocket pair. There is a link in the client that pulls up a dialog box with all the rules, including the stipulations for running it multiple times.

I’m afraid we’ve reached the limits of explanation on this one. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a worked example or further details on the specific factors beyond what we’ve stated previously. Your play and history for a game is the primary factor determining the rate at which you earn points.

To state it plainly; the crux of the matter is that if you’re a big winning player or negatively impacting the ecology, points may be very likely earned at a slower rate. Conversely, you’ll earn points even faster than normal when the opposite is true. This reflects our view on fairness and ecology , where weaker players get rewards faster while strong players who are earning a lot in-game will accrue them at a reduced rate based on the severity of that strength.

That’s not to say that we don’t appreciate our finest players - of course we do, and very much so - but the concept of balance must still be applied to retain a delicate ecology that doesn’t descend into predation.

I don’t get this **** a all. I just joined the site a month ago and I’m not crushing. So I don’t get this bullshit response at all. The guy is getting frustrated giving me an answer. Sorry but this site is just pure garbage and complete dogshit when it comes to customer service. I’ve never had a company tell me I’m bad for the ecology when I despoiled a few grand and had a bad session. Like go **** yourself.

I don’t see how it’s fair they have some little bigot meter in the background that classifies me as a certain person/player. I’ve never felt more manipulated from a poker site and I was actually to play on this one because I’m like the only idiot left who doesn’t play with bullshit programs bots and hud helpers. Basically they just let the site pros eat all the dead money while everyone else was sitting out watching not able to play. I complained about it to them and pointed to their poker ecology essay bs they have up on their site. No one wants to address the fact that all their pros were seated and they started the tourney before anyone else could play to then pause it and it affected every short stack in the tournament basically. So obnoxious as well the little respect i have for certain pros are just out the window. i think most of them are just cold hearted selfish trying to gain edge to whatever cost type of people which are bad for the economy long term. The biggest enemy of poker is the modern pro. That player is selfish uses third party software and acts like e mechanic in any edge gaining spot.
If they dont take action against these types of behaviour i dont know what the standard is. why is Erik Seidel getting sheet for taking the dead money in a hu match were the opponent is disconnected and that due to shitty internet not the site having issues. And this is just ok by some standard. Help me out here guys im trying to make sense of this and not smash my keyboard in anger over the poor form of ggpoker and their site pros.....

The poker site doesn't owe you anything when it comes to rakeback. If you don't like how they operate you are free to move.

The only reason rakeback exists is to make players feel like they're getting something extra and play on a site regardless of results. You're really just getting back the rake that they don't need to charge to be profitable. if they suddenly reduced rake and removed rakeback people would still complain so the rake stays high and the rakeback is whatever the site decides.

This is a business and there are many other competitors. The concept of fair is not something that generally comes into play when it comes to profits.

Anyone else having withdrawal delays to the extreme?

Withdrawal was approved on 15th August and I’m still not in receipt. No acknowledgement to emails then either

I had to jump through crazy hoops to withdraw. It took weeks. Communication with this site is almost non existant. You get macro hi welcome to GGPoker bs email spam, then a week later you get a trash response from some idiot named mike who basically tells you to **** off and wait or you’re stupid. Pretty sure once wsop packs up this site is going to tank. I bet they don’t pay out a chunk of their winners either. Noticed the lovely fine print where it states that you can only withdraw a max of 20k a month unless a special circumstance.


After the fiasco of black Sunday. I don’t trust poker sites. If it’s this hard to withdraw a couple grand after a win, I can’t imagine the headaches for a bracelet win and getting paid. This site seems scummy af. But dingus said we should take it or leave it. Great business attitude, works amazing to keep your customers happy.

The $600 bonus went away when the WSOP started. Your frustrations and aggravation in dealing with the generic CS is reason why you should find a credible agent. None of those issues exist then.
