I have been playing poker on GG for the past two years and had no issues depositing using my Credit Card (I'm in Canada). My deposits have always gone through for the same USD amount (no fee added) and have shown up on my CC statement as GGPoker. Recently, I made two deposits for the same amount and an $11.25 USD fee was added and instead of GGPoker on my CC statement it's SENDSPRINT_Home Garden Lagos. I asked GGPoker Cashier support about it and they say its the credit card company processing and it's their way of processing that is the reason for the charge, I should address with them. I've had two conversations with the CC company and they insist it's GGPoker sending the increased charge amount and I will have to address with them... Really don't like the run around but it feels like it's a GGPoker issue not a CC issue. Has anyone here experienced the same problem?

On topic: sounds like OP got scammed by someone at GG poker who added that weird fee. Did you try to deposit on another site to see if that fee still applys? Very weird...
