All this shows me that they care actually.
I am a rec and happy on GG.
But then in nature a new predator should evolve, the shark to the shark. The megalodon basically..

Either way, I just find it funny people complain about poker sites when there are other sites literally offering 40% rake back no strings attached, and yet they still return to the place they’re complaining about!

I’ve realised the poker world is like a drug addict going cold turkey. It’s the only way I can describe it. They just can’t help returning to the same place

Hello,

I decided to play again recently on GGpoker despite not being able to have a HUD to analyze my games and track my winnings/losses per session.
I played a quick session of 2 hours where I felt like I lost like 2 buyins and when I come back to my balance there is 4 buyins less.
I decided to check the history of wins/losses in pokercraft and do a quick calculation by adding the results of all tables and it amounts to around 2-2.5 buyins like I estimated in game.
What happened to the rest of my balance? Has it happened to you that your buyins in cash games are not correctly returned when you close/move tables?
I have had the feeling something similar happened before but couldn't verify it, if that's the case that the software is bugged and doesn't return the amounts correctly that's pretty concerning.

So the pokercraft shows u lost 2-2.5 BI but your balance decreased by 4 or sg. That's the rake they took my friend.
Pokercraft do not count rake.

That’s really huge if I lost that much rake in just two hours...

Download hands from pokercraft and put them in the tracker so you can see.

Does anyone know if you can Mod this software?

I don’t like their card selection (I just prefer my own one) but I can’t see any way of doing it.

I had a look through the GG folder and I’m unable to locate the card folder like you can for Party or Stars. I’m just not sure if they allow it?

Thanks

Pokercraft profit data doesnt consider rake. Has anyone done a calculation to know how much approximately the real rakeback is in GG poker?

Ex: In the image my session for today. I actually won 2.5K and for pokercraft 3k, $500 is rake. I know I don't get $250 rakeback for the rake generated in this session.

Thanks

Mine is roughly bit less than half what the fishbuffet gives avg. Something from the lbs on top of that because I don't grind them.

For any new customers thinking to sign or keep their accounts in natural8 should be avoided. I always deposit and withdraw via skrill and neteller in all platforms including natural8. I cant withdraw or deposit with either of those wallets since September which makes it increasingly difficult to play anything above 2k even though they advertise they still provide both wallets

Also i signed under an affiliate and the code didnt work. They told me in their chat that i can register my account and they will manually link to the affiliate. After i registered they told me that residents in asian countries cannot register under affiliates in natural8 which made me lose a ton of money from affiliate promotions etc

Last but not least, when i won 140k i tried to withdraw 90k via skrill (when it was still working) and they told me i cant withdraw to this wallet and i need to find another way (wtf) I actually wrote them what the **** i want my money in skrill and they sent in multiple days with amount varying from 2k to 20k (no other comment on this matter)

Unfortunately i am playing under my real name and is very difficult (or they are making it difficult to move my account to another skin) even though i am raking a decent amount to them (i am ggplatinum)

Might be too late for me but be aware of those situations if you try to open an account in natural8

I also have been unable to do anything with skrill on GG (or stars) for a long time. Had multiple back and forths with all parties. Merchants blame skrill and vice versa, and 'everything is working with this method' despite many people saying the same thing. What are the better options out there apart from crypto?

PS any ideas what to do with skrill balance as it's essentially useless to me now? Send to bank and just eat the fee + conversion fee?

If you have a mate who plays and uses skrill trade with him.

I can say for certain Skrill works as a withdrawal method. I did one yesterday. Maybe it is more location based?

Is it possible to cancel withdraw? If I remember correctly I used this option in the past, however now I cannot find it in cashier anywhere.

i noticed that as well.

but now you can have more than one withdrawl pending which is really nice.

they should put that in the responsible gaming section so you can choose to be able to cancel your withdrawls or not, like PS.

Is it worth switching to platinum fish and grinding it up to higher fixed rakeback ?? Or spinning the wheel is better ?
