Heads up has skill involved.
GGPoker publicly and directly informed players that their platform it's not desired to make money but only for entertainment and they will just confiscate your money or ban your account even f you spent 5 years building a bankroll there, they just don't care...
they don't want pros/semi-pros there, they want only gamblers & pure luck-based games or unbeatables like All in or fold/cash with 30bb/100 hands rake so on...
In boom era most of players online were recs, juicy games fun times. Now most are professionals or at least with solid understanding of the game. Game slowly dies. This goes in any ecosystem if you have an uneven balance between pray and predator.
I like what GG is doing. Its their site and their rules, they choose their customers, even if you could argue that pro players generates more rake, but on long run will kill the fun for recs and they are the ones depositing on a higher frequency, not pros.
Like them or hate them this is the reality created by GTO, more sharks then fish is not a self sustainable ecosystem.
All this shows me that they care actually.
I am a rec and happy on GG.
