As you know on monday 10 January at 21H GMT , GG poker network had a technical issue (see their twiter) . Lot of players like me have been disconnected.
I can understand that Technical issue can happens , and we are used to have this kind of things before in all poker site.
But what i dont understand is why , they didnt stop tournament like it was always the case. This is must do, i believe !

I was playing at the end of my session, the final table 4 out of 8 of 25 GG master bounty (with 50K garanteed) and also the 25 GG master bounty (with 30K garanteed) my rank was 2 out 180 player remaining at the bubble. I tried for 2 hours and half to connect without interruption and i couldnt.

4 Hours later i succeded to connect , and i found 430$ in my time line and in the cashier, Wich is the price for the last place on the final table (i didnt play one hand on the final table) and i finish last of course.


Since then i m trying to reach gg poker , with 4 or 5 different mail that they have help@gg support@gg and other , but zero answer until now.
This afternoon i found a free ticket of 25$ that i can use and an email from Betkings see below. SERIOUSLY , i thought it was a joke.

All that they give me for their mistake during technical issue without stopping the tournament for a final table with 5.5K on top is a ticket worth 25$.

What do you think i should do about that ? What can we think about a site who doesnt respect the player and who doesnt assume their responsability.

Don't use the ticket. That'll show them. And the title is misleading. You got excactly that : refunded. I mean you cashed the ft you weren't itm in the other mtt.
