Hey guys, today i wake up to notice that my GG poker account has been closed. I figured it was because i was having a tough time getting them Proof of address information as im living in Guatemala and things are a bit wonky here. Anyways initially i was too worried until i check the lobby of the $210 mystery bounty $5Mil guarantee and see that my chipstack has been removed from play. I was 8th in chips with over 50x starting stack!!!! Upon contacting GG they told me that they were no longer offering services in my country and to contact Natural8 to have my account migrated to there... So i contact Natural8 and they tell me that GG poker has instructed them to do the opposite, to move my Natural8 account to GG poker? Its been 3 hours now and i havent heard back from GG. Im obviously willing to relocate to Mexico to play the tourney as i have over $10k in chip equity. This is a very bizarre and shady situation. I had put myself on 6 month self exclusion on N8, however when i contacted GG about having my platinum status transferred they replied they are 2 sepertate entities and could not. If they are 2 seperate entites i saw no reason why i wouldnt be able to play on GG, as my current temporary exclusion was on a different platform right? Well now it seems like a bit of entrapment as when i try to login in to my client on GG i am getting the intial account closed error with my saved login details and when i reenter for my N8 client that was now been switched it says my exclusion in til 6/17. Anybody have an issue like this before? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks alot!
