GG - Player notes malfunction due to specific player

Have you ever encountered the situation?
There is one specific player (till now), when he sit in, I couldn't look up player-note of 'that' table anymore.
(when I hovered on players' avatar, my mouse didn't become hand shape; nothing popped out, un-clickable)
