i would like to know which are the countries in Europe with no to low taxes on online poker winnings.

Finland - tax free apparently.

Malta: Player winnings are generally exempt from taxation in Malta, provided that the gaming activities are not undertaken with such frequency by the player to be deemed to constitute a trade, business, profession or vocation.

it will be for me my main source of gain so i will have to pay tax on my profit in Malta, it is up to 35% of my gains if they exceed 60k per year, and it's a lot, i was wondering if there are nations totally tax free.

Finland is tax free. There is coming new law next year, some sites will close doors for Finnish players. Which ones? Dont know yet.

Also I would look Estonia. I believe its tax free also (Not 100% sure about that). They do have license stuff for poker sites. Atleast PS and GGpoker have rights to offer games there.

Sweden is Tax Free (for the sites that has Swedish license (Stars, Party, 888, Unibet, Svenska Spel and a bunch of iPoker skins and I guess I have forgotten some).

Romania has 3% tax on withdrawals but not all sites have a license, only Stars, 888, GG, Unibet. Bulgaria has no taxes from what i know

3% of any withdrawals up to 10.000Ron(2000euros).the second line is that these taxes increases significantly.
20% for what it exceed 10.000 ron and 40% for what exceed 66750ron(13.350 euros)
