Let us exchange the VIP points for cash - in effect giving us rakeback - and give us what we want, not what you want. Or just give us rakeback. There's no reason not to other than that you're stingy.

Rather than make a new post and since it was on my mind: What's the deal with all of the 9max tables in the cash games? 9max is boring, like the MTT's. You have players jumping from 2NL straight to 10NL because the only games running @ 4NL (ever) are 9max. If you want to mix things up, make 4max tables instead. 6max + 4max tables and we're good to go. 9max is just slow, boring, and outdated.
yessss, the point system is a joke, let us buy cash or create a decent rakeback program

Double edged sword. VIP programs cater to multi-tabling-nit-rakeback players. Rather have limited rewards and a softer field than vice versa personally.

I know this, because more than a year ago before the HU tables were anonymous I went to the bathroom while open sitting the tables. And someone was so nice to report me for table blocking, after stealing all my blinds. Was banned for 3 days.
Omg, why would someone report you for this. Free money. Oh no.

Tiffany!

Regarding sitting out at the table, could u seriously once and for all come and clarify what the exact rule is?
Ive talked with suppo thru emails and live chat and pretty much everytime i get a different answer. This for example is the last exchange i had with live chat:
Quote:
Graham: There is no issue if you are simply filling up the table. Also, should there be a waiting list, you'll be booted off the table for inactivity after 10 minutes.
Me: yeah i understand no sitting out when the table is full, but say when there is only 1 or 2 players at the table before you?
Graham: Then it's understandable. There should be no issues there.
So please do tell us the exact rule and also how are you planning on enforcing it since right now its a ****ing wildwildwest out there and only the ones who are petty enough to report other regs are benefiting from the current situation, yet many of them do it themselves.

e.
Are you allowed to sit when theres 1 other before you?
Are you allowed to sit when theres 2 other before you?
Are you allowed to sit when as long as youre not taking the last available seat at the table?

Cause the person already stole all the blinds and now wanted me gone for as long as possible since I usually held the HU tables?

Seemed to work well for me using these settings:

small sample size, but seems like everything is smoother with BOL.

Bitcoin anyone?

I'm sorry to ask a super-noob question about Bitcoin, but could someone who has actually done a Bitcoin deposit to BetOnline give me a by-the-numbers process for making them? I am in the USA. The last time I tried it I kept running into stumbling blocks, such as Circle.com stopping selling Bitcoin literally the day I tried to do it, and other such nonsense. If someone has a method that works that they would care to share, I would appreciate it.

Replying to myself . . . doing some reading about this topic I'm remembering why I found the whole thing so confusing when I tried it last time . . . don't send directly from Circle to Betonline, move it through Blockchain . . . don't send it out quickly after making you purchase . . . all these dance steps to avoid detection. It seemed easier to just use a credit card, so I did, paying the fee.

I just did this process in the last week and I was totally confused, so let me try to help because I found that the support wouldn't really tell me much.
https://bitcoin.org/en/getting-started Is a useful page.

Step 1: Choose a wallet.
I used Bitcoin Core. Download it
Then right click on your icon and change the target to "C:\Program Files\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe" -prune=550M (you're adding -prune=550M).
Doing this will change the amount of data that is stored on your computer and save a TON Of space and save time synchronizing.
You probably also want to encrypt this wallet (add a password -- DO NOT FORGET. You will be screwed if you do).

Step 2: Find an Exchange to buy bitcoin.
Coinbase is popular but you cannot buy very much at first (something like a $250 limit).
I ended up using Cex.io It was safe and I was able to buy as much as I needed.

Step 3: Transfer your bitcoin to your wallet.
Inside your wallet click 'Receive' to get the address to transfer.

Step 4 Transfer.

Step 5 Go to BetOnline and choose Deposit Method BitCoin and it will tell you the exact amount to send and the address to send it to. Once you get this, go back to your wallet, click send, and enter the address and amount of bitcoin to send.

Should take 5-30 minutes to confirm.

Is there any software improvements in the horizon? What could we look forward to within the next 3 months?

Do you have to verify ID to withdraw by bitcoin? I depo'd by bitcoin. Going to withdraw next week and wanted to be prepared if I did beforehand.

I'm pretty sure you have to do ID verification for any withdrawals.

No I did not have to verify ID to withdrawl Via bitcoin I just did my 4th withdrawl last night and already in my wallet . Also I have been a member of betonline for 10 years or so so I'm not sure if sometime in the past I have verified my ID with them but I do not recall having to do so . 5Dimes is the same way if you deposit via coin when you withdraw they don't ask for ID verification .

It's pretty much a standard for all sites.

Not that I blame the sites, but I do find it shady that sites will basically let anybody who can work a deposit put money on the site, and then often make you jump through quite a bit of hoops to take money off. At least with casinos they pretend to care on the front end by posting security at doors and IDing you if you look 14.

It makes sense - if it gets charged back, they take it out.

If you depo on stolen CC, wd on btc, that's gone.

I just turned 40, got carded at a casino hard last year. Security did triple take at my birthday and me.

Not so hidden brag! Lucky u

Anyway, as we dont have the site rep Tiffany replying here for the moment whats the concensus with 6max regs on sitting out at the tables. Is it ok to sitout at a table as long as ure not taking the last available seat and when the last seat is taken and theres someone playing u either play or leave?
Or ud rather go with what feruell is saying that 2 sitting out is ok but not 3?

For myself id go with the 5 since i feel like tables get started quite a bit more but idk. Feels like theres less tables now with full waitlists than before.

So, your post really got me thinking, man. I play SNG's on Bet Online, as well. I've been noticing there's high traffic from 8-11pm eastern standard time. As soon as it comes around 11, it slows down completely. I really noticed it tonight, so I figured I'd leave you a post. Could it be bots or some BS? Idk seems strange to me.
