No, I have no idea how to this lol, iI really want to set this up tho, Is there a youtube video or something on setting up AHKs? Ive never used them I have just used mergekeys or SaT

Do you use SaT with it? because SaT brings the table forward to the grid when action is required, and I'm thinking the enter key will be redirected and override the AHK

According to the commercial software forum for Betonline Card Catcher, the update today has caused the client to crash when running the software. This is definitely the case for me. I can run the client fine until I start up the catcher and then it stops working.

Had the same problem when trying to connect thru the website on browser. Told me u have to have money on the sportsbook wallet to connect thru there. Still should work if u connect thru the poker client. ******ed, i know.

On another note, made a withdrawal 3 days ago got replied with :

"Please be advised that your account is under review for the next 24 hours. Please be so kind as to re-request your withdrawal after such time.

Should you require further assistance or information, please contact us by replying to this email or initiating a Live Chat."

That was 3 days ago and still no notice of going thru or not. Anyone gotten the same? Ive obviously withdrew before and they got all the info they could possible need from my end.

I am new to Betonline. I had a really bad experience with them today. I'd like Tiffany to look at it and am curious if the rest of you think this is typical or not. I was emailing them about an issue with betonline.ag webiste which i can't access using google, internet explorer or microsoft edge from two different computers and I deleted cookies several times. Of course I keep getting the same response from them over and over on that one and I have sent several screenshots. However, that's not the problem. I got an email saying please disregard my last message, we see that you requested your account be closed. I was alarmed because I had done nothing of the kind. I'm at the gym at this point and call them because I am hoping I can catch them before the close my account. I get someone on the phone in player services. I wish I could remember his name because I would like to report him, however, I'm sure there is no one to report him to that would even care, but whatever. I tell him what happened and he says I requested my account be closed via chat. I said that is not correct. He had started to read the first couple lines of chat and I had said wow, I that wasn't me, maybe my account was hacked. I said could you please read me the chat. He said no, I can't read you the chat. I asked him why. It was because he was mad that I had interrupted him. Mind you I'm in a noisy gym and not at my computer and it isn't easy to hear and I'm concerned. He said I read you the first couple lines and you weren't listening or interrupted me so too bad and I'm not going to tell you what it says. But you can reopen your account, you just have to take some steps since you requested it be closed. Except I now think my account has been hacked, that might be an issue, you know? So I hung up on him. I got home and looked at my poker client and I can't even tell that it is closed. The money is there, my bonus is still listed, etc. I call again and get someone else luckily. He tells me there was a chat where I requested my account be closed. He starts to read it to me. Then he says whoa, this is weird. The person gave a different birthdate than me, a different email than me and a different name than me. Someone they supposedly messed up and closed my account instead. They said he gave my account number, but all the other info was different. The weird part is the guys name they gave me has as his first name my last name spelled a bit differently and his last name starts with the same initial as my first name. So I find it incredible that they could be so sloppy and close my account based on that information and secondly, when I honestly tell them that I did not request that and the chat wasn't from me, some complete jerk decides to go on a power trip and refuse to even tell my what led them to close my account. I swear on my life that I was not even rude to the guy in any way shape or form. I was just confused and I guess he has absolutely no patience. It's kind of hard to trust a site that would do this. What do you guys think? Tiffany? Any help please?

I think that if the story is true as told, then the first CS guy could use some more training, they made a mistake with the account closure, and you need to learn to use paragraphs.

What I don't understand is what you need Tiffany's help with. Is your account not reopened?

Don't open it.

Hard to give much better advice than that with as little information as you provided. Of course uninstalling and reinstalling is always a good place to start.

no the story isn't true i made the whole thing up. yes the account was supposedly reopened. doesn't make a person feel too good about security when someone without any of your information somehow closes you account. the part that pisses me off is how the first guy just insisted that i requested it to be closed without putting 5 seconds of effort into it and then refused to tell me what the chat said where I supposedly asked to have my account closed.

i still can't access betonline.ag. it would be nice to have someone that has a brain look into that. they finally said a server needed reset but its still the same. i doubt i'm long for this site. never had an issue with acr and bovada/ignition. i joined because of an online poker league thing. so far, it's been a pain in the ass

Not to mention, the account was closed on 10/25 and I had no idea until a rep mentioned it in passing during the website conversions. But yes, my first post was hard to read as written. I should have broken it up.

I guess I 'interrupted' the guy by saying I didn't write that. When he pretty much insisted that I did, I asked again could you please read it to me. If we got to the third sentence he would have realized the mistake. When he said to me, no I'm not going to read it, you weren't listening or something, I was done with the guy. I just hung up on him. He was getting aggressive essentially "Do you want me to tell you the steps or not?" I said my account must have been hacked or something (it wasn't, someone just gave my account number in chat) and he said something about me having to do an internal investigation on my end. That's super.

I don't really know Tiffany's role. I thought having a poker rep in the thread was to deal with issues.

Sorry I didn't see your the last part of your last comment. When I try to load betonline.ag, there is some text on a black screen, like it's not formatted. Many of the links don't work. The only one that works at all is the sportsbook line but when I tried to log in there, there was an error. It might be that different servers serve different regions? I have tried to access the site on google chrome and internet explorer on one computer and micosoft edge and both those on the other. I've deleted cookies. It worked for me a couple weeks ago. I can't imagine why this problem would be unique to me.

Funnily enough, on the review I read of their site which said it was safe, it did say the customer service hates americans. I felt like that's what happened. He just didn't want to be helpful. Maybe in the chat, the person was a jerk, and they transferred that to me. Either way, I was concerned enough to call from the gym. If I said 'that wasn't me' out of turn, it was out of shock. The 2nd guy I talked to was fine and realized the error in about 30 seconds.

I got the website to work. I took my computer to a friends and it worked, so it was something with my modem oddly enough. That is my mistake. I reset the modem and it works. Seems foolish of me, but I had no issue accessing any other site that I know of. Lesson learned I guess.

I was going to edit my original post to put in some paragraphs but it appears there is a time limit on edits.

I timed out on a hand on Sunday in a tournament. I might have not heard the beep and missed a few seconds at the beginning of my turn but it seemed very short. Later I let it run down to see if I could tell how much time I had and I had a ton of time. I haven't played much yet on the site, but does anyone have any tips on the timebank. I asked in chat while I was asking about something else and they say it varies depending on the pace of the play of the table.

Bobo Fett, thanks for letting me know it was working for you. It made me take the extra step of taking my computer to another location and trying.

Hey guys, how's the PLO50-200 traffic? Also is anyone else having issues with the BOL client? I installed it and ran it, but it gave me an error and wouldn't open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Hi there,

has anyone else had issues after depositing to Tiger Gaming? I deposited $300 tonight and then they blocked my account and asked for me to fill out some paperwork. They have no contact phone number or instant online support - there is an email address where they will get back to you on average in 24 hours??

continually frustrated by these companies that are very happy to allow players to deposit funds but then wont let you access them right away or without much effort - if I deposit funds then should I not be allowed to play with them instantly as I would in a brick and mortar situation?

Typical response: "Please be advised that we have received a notification that you made a deposit via a Credit Card.
It is standard security Measures for the Card used and Deposit made to be verified.Please be so kind as to provide us with the following :
Copies of the front and back of your card
Copy of your ID
Attached is a security form, which will need to be completed by hand and sent back to us."

In my opinion this is a joke and I will be asking for them to refund the amount to back to my credit card - assuming they wont try to steal it first. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them of the situation.

Definitely not recommending Tiger Gaming or any of Chico Networks affiliate sites!

Not sure if it works for your specific problem but a general cure-all for a lot of issues has been to right-click, run client as administrator.

Betonline is taking too long to start and will be closed.
Possible reasons: Video drivers, install latest drivers
Antivirus software

I updated video drivers, removed my antivirus software, and allowed betonline through windows firewall. And it instantly pops up the error message still. Anyone else having this problem?
