i wasn't able to view the sng leaderboards for all of last weeks competition time.

for the first 3-4 days of the week it was still showing results from the previous week. and for the rest of the week it was only showing the silver lb and blank on the gold area and bronze.

Does anyone use placemint with chico? I can't find working definitions.

i play on tiger..is there an effective way playing more than 8 tables ??..i now try to play something like stacking my tables but the pop active table feature doesnt work precisly..i keep finding timed out tables without noticing and kind of lagging and slowing down when action gets heavy..also the replayer is tilting as hell..why cant it be showing the last hand at the table clicked,instead you get a list of all tables trying to figure in wich you played the last hand???

Yeah pop to front is inconsistent, I had to switch to tiling 12 tables across 2 monitors. Now it runs flawlessly.

As for the replayer, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, click on the dates on the top left and go back 1 day. The latest tournament/hand on the list will be the last one played. For some reason when it's bugging out, it's 1 day ahead of when the game was played (current day.) I notice it's more likely to happen around evening time. I'm on the PST time zone, so maybe it has something to do with 9pm and it changing days at 12:00am EST (just a guess.)

I'm EST and the replayer changes at 9pm, even tho the client lobby says 9pm. So they just didn't put the same time adjuster code line in the replayer as they did in the lobby. Such an easy fix, but they haven't responded to my emails about it.

..today i managed to pull through a 4 hour session pretty well..i guess i have to get used to it as these r my first days there,and coming from stars the tiger software was harsh news..i used some kind of horizontal cascade system of my own for the tables and worked pretty well..i timed out only for about 5-6 times..also replayer isnt completly crap..

Is there a list somewhere of what tournaments you can register with VIP points? It seems extremely arbitrary. At the moment I'm just going to the individual lobby and seeing clicking register to see if it accepts points.

You may do so by clicking on the Cashier button on the top toolbar of the poker software and then from the drop down menu click on "Active contests".

There's no need for me to see the hand history, I know already he is guilty as sin. There are at least half a dozen Russian-language teams operating in different ways in virtually every game on the site. Dimon is the weakest of the team so you won't see him at a final table unless something went wrong. I play every MTT on the site 6 days a week, I've seen the dump a few times and that's just when I happen to be at the same table as them.

It's lovely that Tiffany wants to forward the info to fraud or security as she did for me but is there any follow-up? I no longer get responses to my open security ticket when I send evidence. It is simply not possible that security is incompetent on this site because the cheating is so so obvious and rampant and most of the cheating is coming from players on Tigergaming probably signed up thru the same 3 or so Russian-language affiliates.

Does anyone else get this double lobby issue on Chico Network? When it happens the cursor is a bit off on the top lobby. Not pointing to exactly where the cursor is. Making it difficult to get on tables etc. And you cant get to the lobby that appears behind it? Very weird issue. I am on Windows 7 home premium fwiw. And I do run the client as admin.

Last night when I said Dimon was dumping, it was an in the moment angry response by me. I had a bunch of SNG tables running and was fuming. I was going to just leave it be and not follow up but I'm quite surprised I got a bit of support on the matter by both Bishop and the poker rep. I thought I'd get slammed for such an accusation.

Basically what happened is, not sure he colluded since I don't think the other player was knowingly involved (seemed like a random fish) so I guess it isn't really chip dumping if the other player is unaware. He played spitefully vs me and purposely doubled the 2 other shorties to try and force me to bubble. Is it colluding? Technically no. Is it cheating? IMO it is but I don't know how others feel about that since it's a bit of a grey area. It isn't the fact that he went after me on his own accord, I have no problem with that and if the guy wants to make terrible bubble calls vs my shoves I can't do anything about that and it's fine. But when it involves gifting other players chips to spite me, I think that absolutely is cheating and crosses a line.

He did it twice on back to back hands. Limped A8 on the button when the BB had a 4bb stack and called his donk shove once the player flopped top pair. That doesn't sound so bad until you realize he's a reg and any decent reg always shoves A8 on the button in that spot with shorties behind but he waited until the guy made a good hand and called of with air. He NEVER and I mean NEVER limps A8 in that spot but he did it this time and then paid him off after the limp.

Next hand he minraises at bb300 to 600. This time the other shorty is in the BB with a roughly 1200 stack. Shorty reshoves and Dimon folds. Again, is it dumping if the other shorty is unaware of the situation? The other player probably wasn't involved but Dimon certainly was. It was painfully obvious he did it so I would be shorty and be most likely to bubble. Any decent reg never, EVER minraise folds to a 4bb re-jam. That's dumping, whether the other player knows it or not. I've been playing plenty long enough and shouldn't need to explain that I know the difference between fishy play and dumping. A fish might minraise/fold to a 4bb re-shove not understanding pot odds etc. Dimon knows better, and he did it on purpose. No question about it. No, it wasn't a misclick.

So call it what you will but I call it cheating. I talk **** at the tables and am an ******* sometimes but I don't cross that line. I don't chip dump and I don't go out of my way to **** people. Making bad bubble calls or playing like an idiot vs me directly is one thing that's part of the game. This is something different.

Last night I was swamped with SNG's and decisions when this came up. I was desperately trying to make all my decisions and take pics of the hand histories at the same time. I'm gonna spend the next hour or so going through and making sure I find it. I'll definitely e-mail the site, hit up live chat and PM the poker rep here with the evidence. If 2 hands isn't enough then whatever, most people want 500 hands of evidence and clear proof but I'm not ******ed and I know what happened. What he did was flat out dirty, plain and simple.

EDIT - I also want to add that I love BetOnline and make great money here. Dimon playing shady occasionally isn't going to hurt my bottom line a whole lot. I could keep grinding and Ignore it and if he did it sometimes vs me it wouldn't make THAT big of a difference so I wasn't even sure if this was worth pursuing but after the responses I got in support I'll follow up.

Ok I pm'ed the rep with the info. Was able to find the hand histories after some digging. Gyazo'd some screenshots and made it very clear by explaining what he was doing. I'm e-mailing it to customer service as well as we speak.
