What purpose? Whether everyone knows your bank is nervous about a cheque from an unnamed processor, or a cheque from Acme, how will that change anything for you or them?

What I think you're missing is the downside. The UIGEA means that poker sites are playing something of a cat-and-mouse game with the US government, and going by the number of post reports we get every time someone posts a processor name, I think your fellow American players would rather you not make things any easier for the DOJ.

Has anyone figured out if the VIP levels mean anything? I noticed mine are going up now based on points earned but I can't find any info on the website about what they actually do.

Agree with this. Definitely would be awesome to use the points to reg for anything, especially since as of now they can't be converted to cash or anything else without hitting the top of the leaderboard (that I'm aware of).

That's a small thing though. What I REALLY would want, is for us to have access to hand histories like we did before the update. The update was so awesome in every way and a huuuuge upgrade, except they nerfed the HH. Any plans at all to change that in the future Tiffany??

Can you explain a little further, which countries aren't allowed to play on Tiger?
It seems unclear, at least for me reading your ToS. What does it mean the part below? Credit cards cannot be used but a player from Greece using Skrill, is able to play on your site?

Well you see, what happens is when you get to Platinum you get a purple star next to your name. Once you get Elite it really gets crazy and you get a red star next to your name.

Figured it out. I had issues with using the download link on the main page. Making the download from https://www.betonline.ag/poker worked for me. Could have something to do with the main page linking to the old client.

BOL claims they've paid me three hundred bonus (just some bonus, without name) 1,5months ago without any notice about it via email or in "my transactions". Bonus is just embeded to my poker account and I dont have any way to verify I really got the money. And now they have taken off that same amount off from my RB!!?!? Just with explanation "you got that money already".
Anyone faced the same?? Is this normal activity from BOL and I should I be ok with it?

Is it possible to have an option to remove the heads up from youre own lobby if you wanna play high stakes holdem 6max, all i see is 80% heads up tables and its kinda annoying..

They removed the Anon HU tables which was great. No reason to remove HU from the site.

We should not derail the thread but MY OPINION (Im not alone) is that HU bumhunting is horrible for the health of the poker ecology. Take it to PM please if you need more of an explanation or want to debate?

There is no security on this network whatsoever so expect every form of cheating: botting, collusion, multi-accounting etc. Currently the fish outweigh the cheaters but it can't last forever.

I am trying to run the BetOnline software for the first time today, and it says it is taking too long to connect. I disabled anti-virus, firewall, and ran it as administrator, and still no progress. I tried downloading the client from two different parts of the site, and it has not helped. Does anyone have any suggestions? BetOnline customer service was not helpful in this regard.

I am an 11-year poker pro..have dealt with 'security' on 7 occasions. I presented them with many cheating accounts gift-wrapped with irrefutable evidence. The ticket remains open..I continue to supply evidence..I have recruited others to do the same..the support account in this thread was made aware.
