I'd try customer support (email/live chat) but changing addresses isn't usually any kind of a deal breaker as long as you have some documentation proving place of residence

Player disconnect cheated me yesterday on river. he bet flop/bet turn then check then tank/timebank then disconnect for free showdown after i shove nuts. If you see this, you've been reported.

If anyone has seen him disconnect cheat before please report him. He's a regular in 50-200 buy-in cash NL games.

he also repeatedly berates and taunts rec players, always AFTER stacking them. A real piece of work.

Could someone give the rundown of best software choices for Betonline? What I believe is that you need the Betonline Card Catcher and PT4 or HM2, for them to work. Is that correct? Are there other options?

In the main lobby, it shows your connection quality. Anyone else's say "poor" and hover around 1-3% even though their connection is stellar and working just fine?

Yes. I hardly ever have connection issues with Betonline yet whenever I check, it frequently says poor. At the moment it does say 100%/Excellent which is rare.

Chico rep if you read this.. can you please add an option to hide balance and not show on top of each table (and lobby). Pretty much all poker sites have such an option.

I try to not look at my balance for tilt reasons and its basically impossible on Chico since balance is shown everywhere..

I have "activate table on my turn" unticked, but the table still pops to front stealing focus. So whenever I am working on another window and hit "enter" or type any key in another window, it sends that command to that table. Is there anyway to stop this???
