You seem to be under the impression that I work for the network. Other than helping answer questions in this forum and helping get cheaters off of their tables my only association with them is as a player.

Where are you getting your information from about the rake? That doesn't seem to be correct, but I could be mistaken.

Hi guys. My account was apparently banned for suspected multi accounting. This is something I would never do and really don't like being accused of cheating or anything of the sort.

Here's how my night went. I deposited funds into my account via crypto from my cell phone. Then i went over to my brother's apartment to hang out and do whatever. I used his laptop to access the website. Promptly lost my money.

Now they said my account is closed for having more than one account. My brother might of had an account in the past with them i really don't know. I know he currently does not however. Even if he did how am I supposed to know that? I've been a customer for over 10 years and just because I played poker at my brother's apartment my account is being closed? Completely absurd.

Ok so I figured out why they banned me. I still do not agree with the decision and find it completely unfair.

Here's a timeline of events to explain this clearly.

I've had an account with these people for over ten years mind you. So if you think they respect loyal customers. Think again.

I loaded my account with funds from my phone.

I drove over to my brother's apartment to hang out and play poker and watch baseball.

I logged into my account on his laptop. My brother likes to gamble and apparently had many account with this site that have all been closed for one reason or another. He does not have an active account. At this point I didn't know he ever had an account with them.

I logged in played some pot limit and lost my money promptly.

I try to log in to my account yesterday to find it's been closed.

So pretty much if you use your own account at someone else's property your liable to just get shut down for supposed multi accounting.

I don't believe this is fair. Also they free rolled me in sense because if I won they were going to ban me either way. I tried escalating the case but they won't listen to me. They pretty much just saying I'm a scumbag cheater or something.

So here is the take away for you reading this. Be careful logging into your account from a device you don't normally use. They can take your money and ban the account.

Unfortunate ending because I liked playing here from time to time but they aren't the only game in town.

recently came to Poland and tried to play Chico, but provider blocked my attempt to enter to client.
I faced with same problem in Indonesia, where i found internet-provider, that didn’t block Chico and everything was fine.
Maybe someone know internet-providers in Poland that don’t block Chico network clients?

Guess this is the new Chico thread now that they removed all the official threads.

In my opinion something sketchy is going on at some of these sites, either a shutdown or merger but I would sure get my money off of them if I could.

I'm not a fan of BetOnline at all because of the high rake so I don't play there anymore unfortunately. The lack of rakeback and removing player points years back was also an issue. It was one of my favorite sites for years. The person above is mad because they asked for an Id, utility bill, and a pic of him holding the ID. Literally every single site is going to ask for this at some point and he or she refuses to do it. I've been paid every single cashout by BetOnline since 2017. Nothing is going on at the site besides a security check that you refuse to do

No sir, you’re dead wrong. I have sent a picture of me holding my Drivers License, my voters I’d card, two utility bills that showed my PO Box AND my physical address.
They refused to unlock my account because they said PO Box was unacceptable but if that’s the only way I get my mail what else can I send them?
My Drivers license also showed my PO Box number AND my physical address where I get Fedex , UPS and Amazon packages and I even sent an Amazon label.
I PM’d all this stuff to Bobo so he could vouch that I did, and then PM them to BetonlineChris.

Chris probably would have helped you if you would have been calm and respectful from the start. I get people freak out when money is involved but you can't just throw out accusations. He probably will still help you. The BetOnline official thread and Global Official thread both disappeared at the same time. Two different companies in two different locations. I'm not sure if they were being charged but it seems like neither wanted to renew. You posting things like "something is going on" or " don't play here" isn't going to get you any help at all. Take a breath and maybe apologize to Chris through DM. Start over

After having my account locked down for no apparent reason, getting a late night call from Pennsylvania by some rude guy asking 20 questions and THEN telling me I have to send in numerous documents that some identity thief would love to have even though such documents aren’t normally asked for except in a cash out situation which this wasn’t. Anyone know the specific file BOL saves hand histories to?

I found a database file simply called "history" in C:\Program Files (x86)\BetOnline\history

But when I try to import that from my old laptop into Drive Hud 2, it says 0 hands imported 0 duplicates...

The file is like 686MB or something, it has to be it... right??
