I'm a noob when it comes to this network, but I'm interested in playing some there. I read there's some issues with payments among others. Are all the skins basically the same in this regard? Or should I avoid it entirely?

I can't choose Slovenia on list of countries when signing up.
I'm trying to figure out which country is the closest. We have four neighbour countries.

BetOnline is the biggest site/skin. SportsBetting and TigerGaming are the other 2.

None of the skins/sites have had any major payout issues recently that I'm aware of. They have actually had pretty good reviews with their payouts in recent months. They are currently ranked as the quickest for payouts among big networks that service the US market at the moment.

LOL. It's a common experience for new sign-ups. At least you know they're working 7 days a week to get new players into their games.

You should leave your feedback in the sponsored forum so that they see your displeasure with them calling you on a Sunday evening.


+1. Not everybody is computer savvy and some people probably appreciate getting help getting set up. I can also understand how others might see it as sketchy.


Slovenia is a weird case lately that I haven't gotten any clarification about. They don't have the country listed in their prohibited section, but I'm aware of some players who they told that it was a prohibited country and that they could no longer serve them. I wouldn't want you to experience any issues by signing up under a different location from the one you will list your home address as. I would get in touch with the sponsored forum representative and ask him what your best course of action is.

I completely understand. It might be just as good to email them your feedback, but it might be even better speaking directly to the representative BetOnline Mike about your situation. I can't guarantee anything, but it couldn't hurt to contact him as well.

Me and some other full time players have been trying for months now to get an explanation why they are closing only winning accounts from Slovenia, but we did not receive any answer. Do not bother with Mike, he has not given any answer for like 3 months now. The only explanation from chico that players got is that they cater for recs and that they want to have friendly poker environment and the second one was that they do not offer services in Slovenia anymore which is obviously not true. They are doing weird stuff to maintain their long term bussines and they prefer having players that deposit and that are breakeven and generate rake. Players who are emptying their poker system to quick are getting banned with these stupid explanations. Slovenia is not on restricted countries list. You can even see that they want a new player from Slovenia to sign up this is a joke.

You can certainly sign up with multiple sites on the network. Whether you can have simultaneous poker accounts is what I've heard conflicting reports about from multiple sources. I've heard some people were told they need ask them to close the other account prior to playing on the new one. Other people have told me that they've never had an issue having accounts at multiple skins. Your best bet is to ask them directly, by email or live chat, what you should do whenever you'd like to make an account on another network skin. Make sure to save that communication if they tell you it's OK to have simultaneous accounts so that if you're ever questioned about it in the future you will be able to provide proof that you were told it was OK to do.

I deposited $200 and did the 100% first deposit bonus. Since then I've cashed a tournament and bet the bonus money in sports and won about $60 out of the sports bonus. Now i'm wanting to withdraw some of the money, mostly just to get confidence in the process - $130 and the my withdrawals get declined. How is it that I can't even get back any of my initial deposit? Is there any way to forfeit the bonus? If not how many tournaments or poker hands will i have to play to get back even my initial deposit? The rollover says I have like 6k in bets to clear...

I was able to work out a deal with a rep on the phone to forfeit $100 and get released from the rollover requirements as a one time courtesy. Hopefully this was just a one off bad experience with BOL, but I will be sure to read carefully the T&C for all future requirements.
