Feels like cashouts are slower and traffic much lower. Hopefully they didnt hurt themselves too much with that ****ty email
I'm hopeful that the delays are due to nothing more than higher than usual transactions they need to process. The emails couldn't have helped in that regard. I'm not too worried that the emails will be detrimental to their traffic in the long-term, but we'll have to wait and see how it goes moving forward.

Also talked to a reg who quit the site b/c he was fed up over cashout delays and requests for the same account verification info over and over.
While I greatly appreciate their intentions and their attempt to be proactive in discouraging prohibited software, I think their plan and execution was poor. I am hopeful that they can improve going forward, especially if they are open and receptive to our feedback when their dedicated forum opens.

A friend had an agent tell him stack and tile, card catcher, and pt4 were fine. Others are saying no 3rd party software at all.
2nd emails now? It seems to me like they should have suspended sending those until they were sure that they were detecting the correct prohibited software.
I'm also aware of a few regs who never received any email about prohibited software, including myself.

Not really. There's some stuff in the rules about table blocking.
I really don't think strict interpretations and enforcement of those kinds of rules would be good for their traffic or that such rules can be an overall net benefit to any site. The large majority of cash games run around recreational players. You can't force players to play in -ev games. Many people would just choose not to play.
Randomized seating is the approach some networks have implemented. I'm not really sure what the effects on traffic that has caused for those sites. The one that I can play on, Ignition/Bovada/Bodog, has anonymous games and they aren't transparent with their traffic numbers. I'd love to see the data to see whether randomized seating is beneficial or detrimental to traffic.

I'm disappointed that a clarification email has not been sent out to everybody who received the original email. It's pretty clear to me what software they're trying to discourage, but there still seems to be plenty of confusion for a lot of others. They need to make all of their employees and customers aware of what the actual policy is.
