MCA is my initials and I'm from Chicago(Chi-Town). I was born and raised there. I lived in the city for 26 years. I still live in the area, but I moved out of the city a few years back.

I'm not known to anybody in the poker world outside of my screen names here and on the sites I play. I rarely make it to the casino these days. I sometimes play at charity poker games.

I'm mostly a lone wolf when it comes to poker. I don't do Facebook, Skype, Discord or most of the other social media apps. I do follow some poker people on YouTube and Twitter.

I am not an affiliate. I don't have my own website. I don't even know enough poker people to bring them to be an affiliate.

If I was super pro BetOnline why would I constantly criticize them about bots and the Bad Beat Jackpot? I have 3.5x more posts in this thread then the next highest person. I wouldn't be surprised if nearly half of all those posts in here mentioned bots in some way. I only seem pro BetOnline because this is where I enjoy playing, but I will continue to criticize the sites and the network for anything I feel they do poorly.

I love playing poker. I have for most of my life. I play on this site because the software provides me with best experience compared to my other options in the USA. I play at the other options occasionally. Some of them have softer player pools. I just don't enjoy dealing with the other things you have to deal with at those sites on a regular basis.

CarlTrooper, How about you? Seems like you work for the bot makers. Always talking trash on sites and don't know how to play Poker. If anyone needs a bot, its you that needs one to win. Probably always talking trash on these sites because they confiscated your botrolls.

What do you got against Carl? He seems like good people to me. His interactions with the ACR/WPN reps, before they lost their dedicated forum, were hilarious.

You see me at the tables and don't say hello? I really wish I'd chosen a less obviously related nickname. I wasn't really planning on playing at this site that much 7 years ago or so when I made my account. Then they upgraded to new software a couple of years back around the same time Bovada's client was turned into crap.

He doesn’t like me because I hate acr and don’t trust them. He thinks I’m terrible because he’s insecure when outgoing non book worms can play poker and have success.

I play part time and have for years. My Hendon mob is respectable for someone who isn’t just grinding the circuit. I’ve been 70%+ to win life changing pots in tourneys but always seem to get the wrong end of the stick. I think don is just mad bc I have more natural talent than him and I don’t need to join study groups or read strategy forums.

As far as the bot accusation goes , I wish. If I had a bot that would win me non stop cash... ship it. But that’s precisely one of the main reasons why I hate acr is they are everywhere.

Never heard back. Talked to live support. They had no idea why it was cancelled/being reviewed. Cashed out 1500 a couple days ago, and it went through just now. Who knows.

You mentioned 3k in that previous post. Any reason for the change in the amount you decided to cash out for this time?

Just that I play on several different sites- depending on how I run/promos/my schedule/etc, a week changed how much I wanted to cash out.

I got this e-mail yesterday too. I don't know what it's about. I see you just re-requested and it came through. Did you do it right away or did you just wait 72 hours and then do it again?

Overall, I'm not enjoying my experience on this site. Anytime I sit down the table auto-fills with other players who pretty much only sit in so long as I do. I'm also skeptical about several things:

- At high limit cash games whenever I've got a nutted hand, I never get any action. It's like auto-fold as soon as I hit something big. Yeah I know, it sounds like sour grapes, but:
- It's happened several times that I've been in huge pots with raises and re-raises and I've had pot-sized re-raise called on the river by someone with J-high when I've got air (maybe 9-high). The other guy played the hand exactly the way he would if he saw my cards. It's one thing to hero call with ace high, but J-high? That loses to almost every possible hand except the one I'm holding. With their security issues, is it that much of a stretch to think some players can see your hole cards?
- The same guy winning the bad beat jackpot twice? Ridiculous. It sounds like the bad beat is just 'fake news': one of their own accounts winning it so they don't have to pay it out. You might think they wouldn't be so stupid to have the same own-account win it twice, but this is BetOnline we're dealing with. They're totally incompetent.

Waited til after the 72 hours and then asked live chat what was up. They had no idea and told me to try cashing out again, and it went through like usual 48- ish hours later.

Seems very odd, to say the least. Certainly worth asking questions about. As for the odds, I don't think there's any way to know with a lot of information about how much he plays. The answer's going to be very different for someone who plays once a week on one table than it is for someone who multi-tables for several hours a day. Regardless, the probability is obviously going to be low.

LOL, what? I can't imagine anyone who's seen more than a couple dozen of his posts thinking something as ludicrous as this. That is, assuming this sentence was meant to suggest MCA is "super super" pro-BOL - it's a little difficult to understand.

Each online poker site comes with its pros and cons. This network is certainly not immune to having some its own cons. When you compare the pros and cons of each of the options I think it's the best option for NLHE cash games up to 200NL. Many other people disagree with me. We all have are own preferences and opinions when weighing the pros and cons of each option.


I think it was the "super super pro" which seems incorrect to him and to me as well. I have no doubt that individual posts of mine can come off as pro BetOnline because that is where I choose to put in a good percentage of my volume these days. That has more to do with the lack of better options than it does with this network being all that great. It could be very good, even great, but they choose not to improve certain things like botting issues and do stuff like change Bad Beat Jackpot payouts mid-promotion.

Did they lower it down again? No wonder it's hitting so often, normally Bad Beat Jackpots are JJJJ+ right?

It used to start at Quad Jacks. They would slowly drop the requirement as the jackpot increased. They would then raise the requirement back to Quad Jacks after it was hit. The 2nd to last jackpot was at Quad 8s when the jackpot was hit with over a million dollars in the jackpot. They never raised the requirement back up for the last one and they haven't raised it for this one either. I'm not sure if Quad 8s is just going to be the new starting requirement or not from now on.

They should just drop it down to Quad 2s and up! Would also be nice if they brought back the "cracked aces" jackpot, and other lower level bonus jackpots.

My strategy would be playing pocket pairs and suited connectors only!

Does anyone having problems with withdrawls? Received the exact same email from Mike of Financial Services that my account is under poker review for 72h... and I didnt do anything wrong.

I've used bitcoin and never had an issue.

I've seen a few mentions of this lately. I think it's just a standard account review before processing withdrawals. If you've done nothing wrong, like you said, then I imagine you'll be able to get your funds out after that 72hrs. I don't believe this will happen to you routinely as I've never had it happen to me so far. I'm not sure what triggers it.
