There are many threads here and plenty of pages that answer this question if you google it. You will easily be able to identify alot of them if you read up a little. Obviously as the technology advances they may become harder to spot.
The ones I currently come across:
Never speak.
Play every single day. No days off since I've been monitoring them since August.
Play the same hours every day.
Don't take breaks during long sessions.
Don't switch tables.
Multi-table 5 or more tables while still playing close to 30% of hands at each table. (6max NLHE)
Hardly ever have losing days.
They tend to have the most money at most tables they're at after a couple hours.
If you have a database they tend to have the most hands played while still maintaining a ridiculously high winrate.
They have leaks, but they obliterate fish and weak regs over time.
