Bodog's SMS verification is broken and they will not fix it

Im posting this here in the hopes that someone has a solution or that maybe bodog reps will see this and actually put in an effort to solve their problem
Basically I went to withdraw from bodog which I've done before and never had a problem, but this time the SMS message wouldn't send. I've received many sms verifications from bodog to the phone/number and provider I was using, but not this time.
I contacted support and they changed my number to try a different phone/number and provider, still nothing. So we know it's an issue on their end, but they seem to be refusing to deal with it. Its been almost 2 weeks and its always "our team is looking into it"
But now its even worse because I cant even try to change the number or access my profile at all, because now my entire account needs to be verified by SMS, which is still broken. So unsurprisingly they made it worse somehow.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem? It could be solved in 5 seconds by bodog disabling the sms verication for me and/or sending such a verification to my email address etc, but instead they decide to jerk around for weeks. Any help would be fantastic, thank you!

I know you've tried, but i would just hope in the live chat and see if you get lucky this time. I had to change my phone number a few weeks ago and live chat managed to successfully help me so maybe just try to reset it again. They will not disable it tho.

the long term solution is to have them fix their mess. But, if you need money now, see if you can use another withdrawal method, even if you a crypto-exclusive member. I'm crypto-exclusive, therefore I don't have any other withdrawal methods listed, but see if they will let you use MatchPlay or any of other methods that might need SMS verification.

I had a similar experience to OP and they just kept blaming telephone/SMS provider. In the end it just started working again after approximately 1 week, so I think I was lucky.
Definitely live chat seems to get better results than email support.
