There's a Bodog rep in the official Bodog thread which is in this forum, but he doesn't deal with cashier or account issues. Seems like you'll be stuck dealing with support. Best advice I can give is to not lie to them. If you played at 16 years old admit it and beg for forgiveness if you have to. If you lie to them it will only make things worse for you in the long run.

I recently made 3 deposits over the last week or so, and noticed I was charged 4 times. I've already contacted support, but I was wondering if anyone ever had this issue before and how bovada solved it?

Set your Windows screen theme to factory-installed default, if you are using some funky Windows theme.

This worked for me, which tech support finally suggested after months of complaints and after they manually converted a few pts to tx for me but said they couldn't do it anymore.

And, yeah, the disconnects are ridiculous. It never happened so often until this recent update. And, yes, picked up AA once and it happened, hadn't entered the pot yet though. But I've gone to the bathroom a lot more times only to return to see AA folded. I run good...and bad..but never fast enough. Looked into getting a pee bottle, but it's not for me. They're all too small. Guess I could get a pail. lol Just wish the software worked better, and that my bathroom was closer.

^^^ You know, it's bizarre too, because I emailed Bovada back to tell them that setting themes to default worked perfectly and thanked them, so that they would know that that was the fix. You'd think they would then pass that on to other people complaining. I suppose I should've come here to report that, but I figured that they must've been telling people the fix and that it wasn't an issue here anymore. What is the difference between "Main Account" and "Casino Account"? Is the casino only for table games like blackjack or slots? Any benefit to keep money in the Casino account if I mainly use Bovada for sportsbook and poker?

My bitdefender just started blocking bovada from working today. I added the exe to exceptions nothing works. I figured out what the problem is. Its not blocking to bovada.exe itself from running but its stopping the bovada software from running the live update that it runs on every boot. If you even try to go to the bovada site and download poker when you click download poker it will say this page is unsafe and block you from downloading the poker room. Does anyone else know how I can fix this problem without removing bitdefender all together.

Bodago just kicked me out of 4 tables, had a hand and was in it, but w/e. This latest update sucks obviously. Listening to Guns and Roses and Knockin so all is good but Bovada sucks..

Anyone else been getting a glitch when playing zone tables? The table fills up with 5 players and then sort of gets stuck and a 6th player never joins. The only way to fix it is to leave and rejoin the zone pool. It's pretty tilting so I hope it gets fixed soon.

edit: nvm i see people reporting the problem in the bodog thread.

Love me some of this fishy reg at 1/2 HU that opens to $4.80 and over bets a ton. Sucks when you can't catch a pair or draw and he's running in god mode. Overall though he's still easy money.

I don't play on Mac, but I thought I'd pass along something that my friend playing Bovada via Mac figured out about the sound bug...

"If anyone else is having this problem, here's what you can do:

Disable Airplay Mirroring. Open the Terminal (/Applications/Utilities) and paste the following:

Then open up Activity Monitor and force quit the AirPlayUIAgent process. It won't be able to restart itself because we changed its permissions.

Disconnect from your Wifi network, reconnect. Your airplay devices won't show up any more. Restart Bovada and it should work.

To re-enable airplay mirroring, just change the permissions back in the Terminal:
