Im not sure. But generally, poker sites often do not permit this activity for obvious reasons, and will hand out warnings and even close accounts for repeated blind angle shooting of any sort.
Im aware of many players receiving warnings for grimming on other sites, and even account closings for players that were angle shooting blind action. Here is an extreme example below that I found on a cursory search. Its wasnt a case of standard grimming, but it was in the same vein, the offense was deemed blind avoidance, abusing the blinds, and angle shooting by the site, and the players account was terminated after repeated infractions.

As far as it not specifically being against the rules, blanket rules like the one below from Bovada would allow them to take action against events they deem as detrimental to the health and spirit of the game or that they feel are abusive.

Having said all of that, Im not sure how Bovada will react. But given their rec game model, I cant imagine that this is a type of activity that would be encouraged or blind eyed fwiw, assuming it is being done systematically.
