they suck at giving refunds in the past in my experiences. But i also wrote them a email just now. They seem to always say it was just you that disconnected so they can't give refunds.

i was kicked off my cash tables last night so i registered for a tourney for a little fun but i could not join. Still today I can load the client fine but can't play or even spectate because the table is empty when it pops up.

Whats the best way to track sng hands/results on bovada. Is there some kind of tournament summary that I can get and import into HM2?

I play locally with the guy that runs up the huge PLO stacks.
He's a former Stars/FTP crusher who decided to not move abroad and splits his time between Bovada and big local PLO and mix games.

If you have a windows computer yes. Google Bovada hand converter. Its a software that allows you to track your own results on your hm2 or pt4.

Hi fellas.... I've just recently gotten back into playing a little poker online after a 2 year hiatus. Anyway, a quick question about Bovada's bonus...how it works, etc...

To simplify, let's say someone deposits $100. The "free bet" bonus is 50% and the poker bonus is a 100% match, distributed depending on points, etc. The player uses his sports bet and wins about $50.

It states that the rollover is 3x sports/20x casino/3x poker points...on both the free bet amount AND bonus amount.

So does that mean the player must bet $450 on sports or earn 450 poker points before cashing out? Or is it $300 in bets or 300 poker points, etc??

Can winnings from the free bet amount be used for poker points?

Basically, can the player now use all his funds strictly playing poker and earning points, etc??

Dear Ferdinand Franco,

Thanks for contacting Bovada Poker Customer Service.

We're sorry to hear about the technical issue you experienced while playing Poker.

We act responsibly when we experience service issues on our end by refunding buy-ins and taking responsibility for the issue, so rest assured we’ll do so if you’re affected.

We respectfully decline your refund request because we’re not encountering any technical or connection issues currently. We've also reviewed the Tournament ID xxx, xxx, xxx and xxx; however,we see that the other players were able to complete the said tournaments without experiencing any issues.

If your internet is working, it doesn't necessarily suggest no internet connection problem. It looks like your internet has lagged or fluctuated causing the software not to synchronize properly.

To help resolve this type of issues in the future, we recommend that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Power cycle your modem and computer as this usually resolves most issues.
2. Check your internet connection by going to other websites.
3. Manage your security software in such as way that it won’t interrupt with the Poker software.
4. You may also try using a wired connection directly to your router or modem to identify if there are wireless interferences.
5. It’s advisable to clear your trash bin and power cycle your computer once you uninstall and reinstall the Poker software.
6. Clearing your browser’s cache and history also helps provide you a more stable connection. You can visit the link below to view the steps on how to do this:

If you're still unsuccessful, we highly suggest that you call us at 1-866-909-2237 for us to further assist you.
OK, SMD Brovada

I just logged on and noticed there are no Zone tables. Came to the forums and seen people talking about a lot of disconnect problems today. Any update with why no Zone? Do you think it is ok now to play tourneys?
