Any reason to believe the cash drawings in current promo are legit? Meaning, not only being awarded to net depositors...

This is by far the highest player-volume draw they've had that I can remember, with over 300 players being awarded cash. Before this, though, most were only like 1 or 2 players each, so it's kind of hard to know, as AFAIK, none of those very few players have posted here. Maybe after this one, we might get some idea, though.

With that being said, the fact that the more you play, the more draws you get, lends itself to the fact that it's probably 100% random, and I don't have any reason to believe otherwise.

Not Money Gram, but Western Union. They'll tell you that it won't work if you do it online but it does.

You probably need to change your settings to allow the rebuy message to pop up.

Why do you start your thought process assuming for absolutely no reason that the most unlikely bizarre scenario is true then ask people to prove its not?

Its like me assuming for no reason that there are monsters living under my bed then asking others to prove to me they dont exist.

Wouldnt it be more logical to assume that there are no monsters until there is evidence to the contrary considering that is the much more likely and reasonable scenario?

I think it is a well-known fact that Bovada caters to recreational players (i.e. net depositors). Therefore, my overactive imagination began wondering if Bovada would decide to award these players with cash instead of winning players, while calling it a random drawing. Sorry if that is a bit too cynical for you

Your answer is in the payouts thread. You should read it. I've seen people post their experiences with it a few times. I don't have the option to use a phone app to deposit so I've never paid attention to those posts, but I believe it is hit and miss. Regardless, what is stopping you from trying it?

Yeah, assuming because they openly cater to recreational players that means that they are risking their good business reputation that took over twenty years to gain and possible millions of dollars in future earnings by defrauding their players via a fake promotional draw is a pretty big leap for me to make just on a whim without a single shred of supporting or even circumstantial evidence just because it is possible.

Anyways, no big deal, but I guess my point was just that it seems much more likely that the drawing is real so in turn it seems much more logical to start with that assumption and go from there than it is to do the opposite fwiw if that makes any sense.

To be fair, it's pretty well-accepted that their "lucky draw" tickets are skewed towards net depositors, so it's not necessarily a horrible thought. The promo is a little different, though, since it specifically states that you get one draw for every 25 (or however many) fpp, so they're strongly implying that it is truly random.

I, too, am interested in your evidence. Well-accepted? By whom? In what way?

This is terrible. If you're not under water any more, odds are there's some sort of sharknado going on!

What does it mean when it says "dedicated to recreational players including intentional software deficiencies" for bovada?

I would not think it means the names and that you cant use huds or such because that is not necessarily considered a "software deficiency"

I think that's what they are going for, but the wording is godawful.

My bad, I guess I wrongly assumed that it was well-accepted. Just going based on what people have said, mostly in this thread. To give another example (which is probably a better example that I should have given to begin with), it's pretty well-accepted (at least, I thought so!) that the cashback promos that people get in the emails are skewed towards rec players, and that they just don't send them out to random people.
