LOL, people (including me) thought you might have been trolling because your reaction was so ridiculous, just like it is to make this out like something equivalent to "Black Friday".
I don't blame anyone for being cautious about keeping a lot of money on any US-facing site right now. You definitely need to manage your risk, and make sure you're comfortable with whatever you think the possibility is that the government could make it very difficult to get your money.
But if the DOJ seizing an unused domain and Calvin Ayre being indicted is enough to make you pull most or all of your money off, that just means you were living in some kind of blissful ignorance before. This has alerted you to something you should've been aware of a long time ago. You shouldn't expect that many other people will react the same way, as most people made their risk assessment quite a while ago. Hopefully you'll apply your newly increased level of awareness to decisions on other sites.

Definitely an angle I hadn't though of, and I'm sure there will be at least some impact. I don't know how big it will be, as the market is much more mature than it was 5 years ago, but no question that some players will have no idea what this is all about. It'll be up to Bodog to counter this as best they can with marketing.
