Is anyone else having problems with Bovada? I have been having a few computer issues, though my browsers and most things still load. But the past 2-3 days, i've tried to open Bovada, and it just freezes, i get the "not responding" thing from windows... i'm running windows 7 if that for some reason is an issue

Last night I'm deep in the 10k with an average stack and I kept getting disconnected. This is the first time that has ever happened to me on Bovada before. One hand I got screwed out of money. I raised, then disconnected. I tried to c-bet... it wouldn't let me and I timed out... it made me check, my opponent bet the minimum then I disconnected again, folded, and lost the hand.... Even though I didn't lose too much I wasn't happy. Hopefully it was a one time server issue.

Yeah. thats the thing for me. i have been having a lot of issues with my computer in general, though most sites work MOST of the time. yet i'm trying to clear this stupid bonus on Bovada, and it doesn't even load. And, earlier in the week when i played there, it worked, but i got a lot of disconnects. So i haven't even bothered to try any MTT's....I just hope they don't pull a Full Tilt, and take all the $ and run

I cant download bovada on my mac but it says its mac compatible so wtf?

make sure animations are enabled (or not turned off, however it's worded)

I thought they fixed that? I know mine have been off and I haven't had any noticeable problems, besides sometimes it takes a few seconds after hands finish to deal the next hand.

I haven't played on Blowdog in a couple months, so it could certainly be fixed by now and I just don't know about it

Does anyone know if the satellite for the sunday 10k that has a buyin 100+9 usually get enough runners? Its only $11 to enter and i have tournament tickets that I'm going to use since there is nothing i can do with my points. There are 2 running on sunday and I'm wondering from past experience, if they get enough runners.

I see bovada has lot of turbo satellites for daily tourneys but many don't run because it gets like 2 players only. It only runs when there are 10+ players usually but i like it because its fast since its a turbo.

Can someone please PM me what gift cards work on this site? I would be willing to buy one from someone too and pay a vig...

That's not a good idea to buy one from someone because Bovada might want you to verify your ID and card.

Gift cards don't get verified anyone can send or transfer gift cards. Also there's no way to put your name on them.

You don't need a gift card, any debit or credit card works.

Has anyone seen the lucky draw tourney on saturday nights? Every time you enter a mtt they put you in a drawing for a seat in this lucky draw tournament. I was scrolling through the tourneys last night and saw that I had a ticket so I entered. It turns out 1 out of 5 players wins a seat in the $150+12 100k guaranteed and I made it in. They gave away 143 free seats. I have to say everything about Bovada is just awesome, except the software which could be good if they spent a little more time and money on it.

Any Visa gift card will work. Don't use your debit/credit card unless you have low balances.

When I first signed up with Bodog, I was told I would have to send in a copy of my ID and card (even if I used a gift card). My card didn't work so I had to go the Digital-pin route. Maybe they changed the policy since last May.

been playing here for 2 days no tech problems... i'm pretty positive you gotta have a decent computer to get the software to run, i know on my old one the bodog software would always lag and such until I up graded to a new quadcore( it was one of intels first quadcores with a 512mb video card very capable of gaming but still lagged on the bodog software). Haven't had any slow downs or disconnects yet. won every SNG i've played so far and cashed in almost every tournament. I would say most players are soft in the $20 or less games. Played a $40 multi table tournament and people where alot better of course.

running windows 7 x64 8gig of ram and 1gb of video card ram.

Anyone succefully cashed out by check? I don't want to use paylinq...

Checks come in a timely manner. They quote you 15 business days but it comes before then.

No

so i just tried out bovada. 20 minutes into a $10 MTT it suddenly tells me the tournament has crashed, this is a rare occurrence, and i was one of the affected ones, my account would be credited.

a) the tournament appears to be going on without me
b) my account has not been credited
c) if this is such a "rare occurrence" why is there a special error message for it?
