I've been waiting on some hand histories since the 23rd. It still says "download requested". Usually they take 2-3 days tops. All of my hands after that period I have received already. Anyone ever had it take this long?

Be careful though the website is showing "check" as your withdraw method if you deposit via Moneygram. Not sure if that's a mistake or something changed....but I would call and ask.
Their cust service guy on the phone told me you have to earn 3 times the points for the whole amount deposited.. I told him I recall only having to earn 3 times the points for the bonus amount only.. he stood by his statement and said that my deposit of 200 plus 40 bonus would need 720 poker points to clear I think he's wrong...

I emailed support on this same issue. The terms & conditions of this bonus were unclear.

I don't like the 4 table limit, or the no names on the site, however, the people in customer service do a great job researching disconnects and such and make right on them and giving your buyin back.
If they can get names instead of numbers I think a lot more people would play here.
Already, I notice how quickly tourneys fill up compared to merge. They are definitely taking customers away from merge I believe.
Good job on the customer service bovada.

Good job on the customer service bovada.
Get used to the 4 table limit and anonymous games along with limited promotions. It's NEVER going to change.

But you're right, customer service is generally top notch.

Thanks for contacting Bovada Poker Customer Service.

The 20% reload bonus's rollover is the deposit amount plus your bonus amount times 3. In your case, you would need to accumulate 720 points to reach rollover.

Our Poker Customer Service Team is available by e-mail at poker@bovada.lv 24/7 to help if you need anything else.

Thanks,

Poker Customer Service

Damn... that's gonna take a while to clear haha.

9k points. I've only earned 5k since Bovada opened

Guess it's time to add some cash to my routine.

So how does the point system work? Basically how do you accumulate points? I been playing 3 weeks and have 500 points. But I need 250 more to clear the next one. How many hours of zone will that take?

Bodog Poker Points (PTS) are vital to your game. While you're playing, you're earning, and once you've piled up some points, it's time to benefit from their value.

1. Ring Games - You will earn points by playing in ring games when you have contributed to a raked pot. Check out the chart below to see how your points stack up:

2. Tournaments - You receive 3 points for every $1.00 in fees paid for tournaments you enter. For example, you will get 15 points for a tournament with an entry of $50 + $5 (buy-in + fee).

We need to know what zone level you play, 0.02/0.05? 0.10/0.25?
