Anybody have an issue where they are unable to login to the desktop client but have no issues with the mobile client? Of course I'm using the same username and password on both. I've cleared caches and reinstalled the client with no resolution. Ignition customer service has been worthless on this one.

I had this happen because GTO+ was open. Ignition client just said "incorrect password" every time. I'm guessing the software checks for that, PIO, etc. Really stumped me for a bit.

It's not because of that, sometimes Ignition just give you the error, at random

I grind PLO25, I played from June 2022 to November 2022, at which point I went to Taiwan for a year. While there, I did not play or even attempt to log-in at all (as I did not want to potentially get banned). In May of 2023 I received a refund email from Ignition while I was in Taiwan. I just got back to the US last week and checked my account, was pleasantly surprised to see that I received a refund of $305, which is a pretty sizeable amount for these stakes, that's over 12 buyins. So it seems like there's a long lag-time for these refunds, and also interesting to see that cheating is happening even at these low stakes.

So basically if they're caught which chances are they will be than you shouldn't worry about a refund?

Intuitive tables, I believe it's cheaper and the dev is a really good guy, if you have issues you can just message him on his Discord channel and he always replies.

The collusion in multiway pots is so out of control. Not sure if it's some odd sample bias, but very often when I see some obvious collusion it seems like the guy that gets "caught" at showdown very often drops the table and jumps back in to prevent people from keeping an eye open I assume? Personally think the games are the worst they have ever been.

500 to 2k. There is just weird back raising and things like that which only made sense if you were colluding. I've seen some regs calling AA-QQ in MP/CO vs EP and back4b when squeezed. The exact same bot profile is used on wpn as well.

Also would recommend anyone to stay away from playing 2 or 3 handed at 2k right now. There is a minimum of 3 different guys using RTA. Or just keep an eye open, they are not hard to spot.
