Reinstall Bovada (and don't configure in TT) if you have the TT blackscreen issue.

Yep, this worked for me. TT somehow corrupts the client into black screens until reinstalled.

Is this still the same situation where its hard to deposit, or did they change it so you can directly deposit with BTC?
I had this problem on slots.lv (same group as bovada but casino only), I tried my card once a month or two for like 4-6 months and it didn't work, eventually tried asking support again and they removed whatever lock they had on it. So I don't know if they unlocked bitcoin deposits because they saw i tried a valid card that didn't go through, or because i was still there 6 months later i was probably not some fake person who could just make a new account, or if they just really want everyone on bitcoin so they removed the requirement. And I don't know why they locked the option in the first place, though i was a net winner against them might have had something to do with it.

So I would try asking support again, tell them you've tried your card on and off for however long and it simply doesn't work and ask them either if they can look at opening your account or if there's anything else you can do to meet whatever verification they need. No guarantees but I'd say odds are in your favor they will unlock bitcoin deposits.

Ugh, good to see Bovada's software is still crap. Turned Quads and getting action then the good ol disconnect bug hit me. Reconnect back and then a few minutes later all my tables close and I get logged out of the client. Good stuff.

So if you're sending $50-$100, the fee will be huge relative to what you're sending, especially if you're grouping together multiple inputs. If you're sending $1k+, it's not nearly as bad as a percentage. It's also possible your wallet is bad at giving you options to choose your fee so you might pay more if blockchain is dumb.

It will probably get at least a little better unless the price keeps going up, but it might be worth considering using a different cryptocurrency like bitcoin cash if you need to make a lot of small transactions. Problem of course is that a lot fewer places accept the alternate cryptocurrencies (that and that bitcoin cash is a garbage cryptocurrency, but both WPN and bovada/ignition take it.)
ive made multiple mid 4 figure deposits AND w/d. the network transaction fees are not any problem. what IS the problem is that it is my belief that bovada is taking a cut due to usd to BTC exchange BOTH WAYS. ie when you deposit, you get less (im talking over $100). then when you w/d the same thing happens. i dont understand why there isnt more talked about on this. ive lost over $100 on all of my deposits AND w/d. this just shouldnt happen (if they are doing it legit, it should sometimes be less and sometimes more when exchanging). then again, maybe im just wrong.

@t_roy or anyone else experienced issue
For two weeks now I've been getting the message, "We currently don't offer services in your area. Already a member and travelling at the moment? You can login below."

Despite the message I am able to login and play. I always play via my smartphone and I'm in AZ (I don't get the message when I'm on my home wifi). I chatted with an Ignition rep and tried a few things (clear cache, different browsers, incognito browse), but still get the message. I was wondering for those who have experienced this did it eventually resolve itself? Thanks.

You for sure won't get refunded without giving them a hassle for it. Make sure you have the tourney ID on hand when contacting support. They'll claim you had bad internet etc

Anyone able to help?

Been away from bovada for a while. Looking to come back and make a deposit. I originally wanted to use BTC to deposit, but when I got to the point of buying BTC on coin base it said it could take up to 11 days before I would be able to send the BTC out. So i went and got a netspend visa card which was my goto deposit method back in the day. I tried yesterday and it said insufficient funds, which was obviously not the case. It said I had to wait 24 hours to try again. Now it is flat out just declining, not giving a reason. Any help would be appreciated.

Always happens to me. On a 5k w/d I once lost $300 on the exchange rate they used. Took me weeks of repeating myself over email and finally calling several times to get them to finally pay me, though they refused to admit fault and called it a one time bonus lol. Usually I lose $20-$50 on 5k and just eat it because I can't be ****ed to do the whole run around for $20. Which is why they get away with it :/

Try depositing USD though their BTC market exchange called Coinbase Pro. It's free to deposit from a bank account and you only have wait 4 business days to be able send the BTC out.

After that you just purchase BTC for a cheaper 0.05% fee then move it to Coinbase -> Blockchain Wallet -> Ignition.

Looks like the blockchain fee has gone back to normal. Only at $0.15c now instead of $15 like it was last month.
