If it's such a minor thing, don't worry about my post regarding it.
The site is soft BECAUSE of the anonymity. It is also a deterrent to bots that use more advanced techniques, such as data mining.
I've read your other posts, and you seem to be concerned about rng when you go through a losing patch. Old saying - you don't lose what you don't put in the middle. So.. (part was stated after another post)
a. bad beats happen to everyone, and I have put bad beats on a few. In fact, a stream of Peter Clarke doing Zoom on pokerstars shows his KK beats the AA, and the jokes went on about rigged. When you start to lose, lower the amount you play (have a stop loss for buyins). One of my put on the bad beats was when deep, I called an all in with 88, and right hand button had KK, flopped an 8, end of story.
b. as someone else mentioned, you might not be as good as thought. I have been online since June 2019, and can tell you I am no baller yet. There is still more to learn, and different techniques apply to different stakes sometimes. If you lose 3 buy ins, take the rest of the time pouring over hands to find mistakes (didn't stick to range, too much bluffing, stuck with AA when 4 to straight on board, etc). If you are honest with yourself, you will find the bad beats to mistake ratio about 1/5.
c. Come back the next day with game plan. Try to focus on A game. Keep to the stop loss. I find if I go too far and lose 10 buy ins in one day, I should kick myself, because the next day I am winning again, and for several days afterward.
d. there is no such thing as doom switch if you withdrew (at least I hope so, cause I just did my first withdrawal).
