This worked for me.

1. Exit Bovada client.

2. Delete the 2 Bovada folders from c/users/username/app data/roaming.

3. Restart Bovada client.

You may have to reinstall.

When it won't log in, check task manager, it will be stuck at 4 or 8 processes.

When it does log in, voila. About to call.

I couldn't access the lobby to rejoin the tournament I was playing and had been playing for hours ($40+4 6-max NLHE). I was sitting 5th in Chips out of 38 remaining when this happened.

I contacted support for assistance who said they were aware of an issue effecting many tournaments, but not all of them. Because I disconnected voluntarily to resolve the issue I was not entitled to a compensatory ticket or anything else for that matter. Has anyone else had this issue or a similar experience

hey dude, I saw this happen (took 1st in that one). pretty sure you ended up taking 3rd unless that was a different guy who also got sat out.

I actually had the exact same issue as you and I tried to resolve it the same way. I couldn't see the lobby so I tried restarting the software on break and got locked out (as chip leader, 1/5 on the ft - was shitting myself). restarting my pc worked for me and I was able to finish the tourney - but if you want another player to vouch for you about the issue to CS let me know - I've generally had good luck with them

They are down now. In maintenance mode. If you get in, you are lucky.

1. Went to my default browser (firefox) and deleted all ignition cookies. (Options, Privacy and security, cookies and site data, manage data, search for ignition, remove all shown)

2. I deleted the 2 ignition folders from c/users/username/app data/roaming. You have to have your system set to show hidden files and folders for this to work. (hit "tools" on the menu bar of any folder, folder options, view, then find that setting)

After doing these with the client closed, i reopened it, logged in, and it worked again.

The first time i did this, I saved my user settings file from one of the ignition folders from step 2 above. After I got the client working again, i closed the client, replaced the user settings file, and reopened the client. That caused problems. So then i close the client and redid step 2 without saving the user settings file, repopened the client, and it worked again.
This worked for me on Windows 10. Thanks.

I didn't have to do step #1, only #2, but I also did a full reinstall after from redownloading the installer again from their site. I'm not sure if that was necessary; I should have tried before to find out.

Ppl with the "page not found" error... you know you can still play (albeit only 1 table) in a web browser, right?

are you insinuating that some people do NOT have the error?

also how could this be going on this long
