Yeah never restart software during an important situation.

You didnt say what type of device you were on. Most people have a laptop and a cell phone. If one device isn't logging in, then I try the other. The mobile version almost always works.

hey guys the last 5 days or so when I try to download hands on ignition it says"connection to the server cannont be established at the moment please try again later"

i have tried again later day after day and restarted the client, same error. Weird thing is i just set it to last 3 days and it downloaded, but when i go to 7 or 31 days it gives me the error, anyone else or know why?

Bodog. All of their shitty updates over the past few months have only been to make the mobile site better. The computer screen is basically unplayable. Maybe they have no plan.

This is the second time this has happened. I register with my ticket for the freeroll and it registers me but I can't get on any table.
If I shut things down and reboot, there is a blank rectangle where it normally says "take seat." If I click it, nothing

Can you get support on the line? They are really good at testing the software on their own machines, they run win 10. I have had no problems today. When you get it sorted out, scroll up for a definite tweaks video, will definitely improve performance.

Stop trying to defend the shitty software they have, and every update that somehow makes things worse.

This Mobile is just as bad. They did fix all the crazy characters that interfere with the tourney description on the top. So at least its progress, this mobile experience sucks #$&% , dont give them credit for it being good.

Agrred 100% - I did email them once if they have RGB and they stated they did and sent me a link to the certificate.

I don't believe the question is if there is RNG for Bodog/Ignition it's if they have "house accounts" which i do really find extremely unlikely but if there was ever a site I'd assume for it to be possible on it would be Bodog/Ignition.

This coming for a winning reg on basically every other site, and knowing when I'm playing the same guy over and over on Bodog/Ignition, and studying the **** out of their game.



It's not like we have 20 games vs each other, but more in the thousands of games and I've spent hours and hours analyzing how he plays and know the same player now plays differently a lot or I would not post this old review on him.

super weird problem right now, i regged a sng that didn't open on its own (which is somewhat normal unfortunately), but when i went to manually open it, instead of opening the poker table, it opened a poker-table-sized screen of their website.

i tried closing it, but it wouldn't close. i finally closed the client, and reopened. this time, after logging in, it shows all the normal stuff on the left side like my email address, balance, etc., but the main part doesn't show the poker games, it shows their website!

Very weird, never seen anything like it. I restarted the client several more times, and same thing.

then restarted my pc, and opened it again. same thing.

then uninstalled and reinstalled the client. same thing.

just called them, and they just said they will escalate the issue, and told me to call back for refunds of the games i have running.

Having issues with the mobile site. The home screen is blank and the login buttons look like placeholder labels.

Yeah had the exact same issues as tradenine, must be their end

is this site real or naww? lol redownload software and still showing up nothing... was like 10 tabling and was going to all my tables just shoving.. sometimes i cant even get back in to mobile.. so over this site.. blinding out of 320 and the two 109s is so fun..

Should definitely contact support with what you were regged in before the site crashed.
