ignition currently down for maintenace? i mean im still at 3 tables somehow but it wont let me add a 4th says its down

down for me, I can't get on at all for cash games

was able to keep playing cash but can't open new tables. zone works fine

got down for maintenance error. uninstall renstalled. now now more maintence message but tables stuck at 75%

I left this site over a year ago because my tournaments were often getting stuck at 90%, or worse, never opened at all. Looking at coming back becuase of the mess at ACR and sad to see this problem appears to be happening even more.

Yes it is disheartening that they went from a stuck at 90% problem to a stuck at 75% problem. That is reverse progress.

Since the ignition update the software is so slow and laggy when running more than two tables. It's effectively unplayable if I run 4 cash games and 2 MTTs. Pressing call fold or bet buttons you might have to click it 50 times before it responds and the animations for the cards or switching to different players actions is super super delayed. I also run poker tracker 4.

I'm currently running an old laptop with 8gb ram.
Resource manager shows its hitting 90%+ ram and CPU hovers around 70-80% and notice it opens multiple processes for each table.

Looking at upgrading to a new laptop. Most likely a dell xps 9570 with 16gm ram.

Has anyone got a higher end pc / laptop and still experience the same problem as above?

Would getting the six core i7 make a significant difference with ignition?

Are you closing the client right after requesting the hand history? That has a chance to cut off the downloaded text files.

You are better requesting the hand history then toggle at the top circles going from cash -> sngs -> cash etc until you see the pending request disappear then it's safe to close the client.

I use DriverHud to convert Zone hands to PT4. The DriverHud rep posts on here under FreakDaddy. Seems like a solid dude and answers questions/posts in the Commercial Software forum. DriverHud is an awesome resource in itself... Even though I still cant import any hands to snowie w/o getting an error.

*On DriverHud Right click on hand(s) export to third party apps, save to desktop, open PT4 (hem) and select get hands from disk, click on your saved desktop doc and boom. You will get some hand import errors typically between 10-20 hands per thousand.

How are more people not complaining about the new noise and not being able to disable it. its seriously insanely annoying- beyond tilting, i literally have to play with all sound off now

We just don't have any more mental powers to complain lol. And yes, new sound is driving me nuts for some reason.

New sounds and new rectangular table size is tilting. So much dead space it takes up the whole monitor screen for no reason.

I've never played with poker client sounds, guess I'm in the minority

l came back and started getting unusually bad beats at 200NL.

If the Alert only sound actually worked how it should then i would use it but it seems to just be pretty random, why would it make a sound when you are dealt cards but action isn't even close to you? That's why i turn sounds off.

The size of the cards compared to how big everything else is crazy. Very hard when multi tabling.
