I some how 100% believe this is true.

Couple days later you get the funds as a casino bonus. Pretty quick to clear.

If you have $100 and lose $100 you get $8.

However. If you go up a few hundred and lose 400 but cost you 100 I'm pretty sure you only get the cash back on the 100.

I believe you get cash back on losses for whatever you do. When I've asked they've said poker and casino are both counted as the same for losses. So it might be worth investing a few dollars in the casino to move up a level or two, but if you're a winning player it will eventually be worthless because it's net losses over the lifetime of your account. (The simplest way to do that is to just take one of the casino bonuses on your first deposit, but probably too late for that for anyone here.)

The cashback does have a poker/casino playthrough though, and the poker playthrough may take a while to clear.

So I guess the fish and recs getting a few $ back on each deposit might slightly offset the massive rake without any real rakeback they charge.

Also to whoever was asking about comp points disappearing, I think they remove them once a year around september or october if you don't use them (accounts under a few months old get an exemption.)

playing my first hands since the update. didn't realize before but they changed the minimum table size so you can't make it as small. used to be able to tile 9 tables, now I can't even fit 6.

I've spent the last hour trying to get 4 tables of 200nl going. I can't. I've never had an issue getting 4 200nl tables going at any time of the day before, ever. Traffic is way down. recs want decent software too

just me or the new software is much glitchier? closed an empty 4th table to try a different stake and now it says I can't open a 4th table because I'm already on 4 lol. tables getting stuck at 75% loading half the time too. were not only unpaid beta testers, we have to pay $ (in dc's etc) to test their new software for them.

just lost 10bb calling instead of folding because they made the call button appear where the fold button is a millisecond prior. would bet my roll no one who worked on this software ever played a hand of poker before or after creating it.

oh and if you timeout (like everyone is doing because no one knows when it's their turn to act) you don't get to sit back in. you have to wait for the BB. I sat out button by accident and missed the cutoff, HJ and LJ. that's probably the most absurd bug I've ever seen

You're delusional if you think that recs don't mind this software change either. Imagine having to redeposit onto a site to have a horrible gameplay experience while losing and almost never withdrawing. Then it crashes, uses 100% of your CPU, time-out folds your aces because of lag...people aren't zombies with infinite pain tolerance.

Poker sites need regs for games to run at all. This update benefits no one since both groups are leaving.

I actually believe that they'll fix almost all the issues within a couple months but I'm not sure traffic will recover without a big mea culpa.

seriously, players who make their living playing here aren't going anywhere. But the guys who hit a sports bet and like to try to run it up on the tables after will cut back or stop their play if the playing experience isn't enjoyable.

The software isnt great but I can deal with it. What i cant deal with is the site crashing every other time I try to open a 4th cash table. I dont even want to play regular tables anymore.

Just got dced from 2 zone tables and my buy ins are stuck on table, cant rejoin a game or anything says connection to server is not working.

How do you get to play more than the 4 table maximum? Email support or something?

I believe table max are:

2 tables zone
4 tables cash
unlimited MTT?

You can do 4 Zone but only 2 of each limit and fairly sure MTT limit is 20 tables.
