Im waiting on the refund for that tourney too. They need to fix their stuff. Its embarrassing. Besides myself looks like at least 20+ players never renetered the game but were still in the tournament. I did not get blinded out but i watched the lobby and players got knocked out and there was an active table going. Every time i tried to join it said my table no longer exists would you like to open a new one. Then itd bring me back to the lobby. Tried 30+ times. I was at table 0 it showed on the bar. WTF is going on???? just put back the old software lol jesus.

Do Bovada and Ignition have the same owners? Why do they have the same format and graphics. Do they have the exact same players pools and same management team?

in the cash games if I time out, why do I have to wait until the blinds before playing again?

It's bad enough that the client sucks up excess CPU cycles while it's running, but even after closing the client there are often still one or two processes still running at around 45-60% which I only notice because the fan is going crazy with no other applications running. I open Task Manager and sure enough Ignition is still running doing god knows what.

I have never understood why so many of you play on Bovada/Ignition. It's a terrible site with terrible software, and anon games that are bot infested. No rakeback, no real bonuses, nothing. It's a total shthole and always has been.

I’ve been playing Omaha on Ignition for awhile due to Poker Stars leaving the Australian market. I just had three quick questions if anyone knows as their customer support hasn’t gotten back to me -

• Is there any tracking software that’s supported by Ignition (I’m not worried about seeing other players stats I just want to have stats on my own play)
• Is there an auto top up option somewhere? (I’m over manually topping up to 100bb all the time)
• I got a bonus when I deposited but it’s not showing up on my poker balance just my balance for the casino. Is there a way to bring it over or is that just how it is?

I'll just speak to the two bold claims. terrible is subjective/relative. I don't think its terrible at all. granted I'm not a huge fan of the current update but I have accounts on every US facing site and its easily my favorite.

as far as 'anon bot infested games', not really sure what you're getting at or where this claim comes from. personally I think bonition has a subtle but effective approach. constantly just make small tweaks to the software and the automated software programs have to update every single time the client is updated. I feel there are far fewer bots on bonition than chico and especially WPN. global and SWC... its all regs or recs. lol merge, lol revolution.

It allowed me to login, but then gave me the message "you don't have enough money" to join a table (obviously not true). Closed it out and opened it again and it won't even get to the login screen.

It was a conversation, not a thesis. I certainly didn't want to argue about nothing. I still don't really understand why you guys play here. To me, it seems like the worst option for a US player. I stand by that.

Any other ignition players notice their bonus points (or whatever they're called) have disappeared? they used to show on the main page below your account balance. I know someone posted about having them removed from their account for being a winning player - I am a winner but haven't played that much on the site and didnt play a single hand this year until last week but im sure i would have noticed an email telling me this.

I dont really care as they are only redeemable for tournament tickets ($10,000 in rake = $100 ticket iirc) and i only play cash, but I cant find them listed in any menus.

I tried to give the update a shot and felt people may be overreacting, but after 3 sessions the update is just not enjoyable to play. The button placement is terrible and it is so hard to follow action.

I figured I'll play a couple tourneys and pop to front isn't working either. Very frustrating experience but hopefully software improvements are right around the corner.

The points are now found by going to "Account" and then clicking "My Bonuses". They are no longer redeemable for tournament tickets. You can redeem them for cash but you must complete a casino playthrough, which i assume most of us arent going to do.
